If the federal government refuses to enforce the federal immigration laws, why should ANY federal laws be obeyed? What is the point of having any laws if they are ignored or selectively enforced at the governments whim? If the laws of our land are indeed selectively enforced doesn't that violate our most sacred legal precept, Equal Protection under the Law?
Obuma and his administration have repeatedly refused to enforce our immigration laws which resulted in Arizona coming up with their new law, which mirrors federal law. When it comes to equal protection it even goes farther in protecting against racial profiling, the most common complaint from the liberal left. Obuma has ordered his Justice Department to conduct a review as to the constitutionality of the new law. When questioned about it by Congressman Ted Poe, R-TX, Attorney General Holder admitted that he did not know what the bill said as he had not read it. This is an all to common thing with DC politicians and bureaucrats. High ICE officials in the obuma administration are now saying that they may not process any of the illegal criminals that are brought in by the local Arizona Police. If ICE is not going to enforce the law when these criminal are just handed to them, What's the point?
The President now wants to know what went wrong on the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. He has appointed a commission to see if we need new laws or were our laws just not enforced. I would speculate that the laws were not enforced as that seems to be the modus operendi of the government regulators. That is unless the blowout was just an accident due to an unexpected and uncontrollable release of methane hydrate. It should also be pointed that the lead agency for enforcing these laws, The United States Coast Guard, has seen its budget cut and may lose 3000 jobs this year alone. The point is what good will any new laws be if the government, regardless of which party is in charge, just ignores them at their whim?
Now I see some communities are issuing 'ID Cards' to any and all who wants one no questions asked. A community organizer on Fox News 'Maria Jurga' stated that it was to show solidarity with the illegal community. She and others like her are encouraging her fellow citizens to get these cards too to support the illegal community. I have spoken on this before about those who support the illegal community. These folks are criminals before and after the fact. These supporters are now a whole lot easier to identify. They now have their own community ID card. All that needs to be done is get a warrant and seize their computer data base and pick them up.
By the time this is posted to my blog I will have contacted my three congressional critters from Texas. I will demand to know why I should obey any federal laws. I have already made out my w-4 to the max allowed by law. You should do this too. Come next April 15th I will have to pay some instead of giving them an interest free loan. Knowing the way that things are going down the tubes we might not get the excess back. I am not going to obey healthcare reform, cap and tax, or give up my God or guns. I will demand that they grant me amnesty instead.
It's time to stop following their rules. Its time to make our own rules.

Is there really a difference?
Is there really a difference between the democratic party and the republican party anymore? It gets harder to tell every day. The GOP seems to move closer to the left of just folds under democrats criticism a little more each day.
The other senator from Arizona, Jon Kyl, was on face the nation the other day talking about obuma's latest pick for the Supreme Court of the US, Elena Kagan. During this interview he showed that he really had very little information on her background and core far left liberal beliefs. As usual he came off to me a an unknowing politician from washington dc. He ended the interview by stating that a filibuster was off the table. Folks we can now concede that this nominee will get voted in as the most powerful way of stopping her has been withdrawn. All the democrats had to do during the Bush years was say that they were filibustering something and it was all over. It didn't matter if it was a bill or a judicial nomination being considered it was gone. You would think that by now the republicans in congress would show a little spine but you would be mistaken.
Here in Texas the Trans Texas Corridor has been resurrected from the dead again. Governor Rick Perry has said that he will wait and see if its going to be funded by the federal government. If it is then he will have to ok it as it's mandated to spend the funds by law. SO he really doesn't want to do this but if the feds say he must he will. Where have I recently been hearing something similar to this? It had to do with something about a threat to one of our inalienable rights. I remember now! Obuma stated that he wasn't going to overturn the second amendment and take our guns away. Instead the UN is going to do that! Billary just signed the treaty on small arms and now it goes senate for their required advise and consent. Since the treaty bans civilian small arms the government will be required to confiscate them, all in the name of UN compliance, not US law or obuma's desire to ban guns in the hands of citizens. Based on the republicans history do you really think that they will stand up for this fight?

After the usual back room, behind the scenes arm twisting it was brought to a vote again and this time it passed without any new amendments. How was this done you might ask? Scott Brown, (R-Mass) changed his vote. I'm sure we will soon learn just what his quid pro quo was.
Then there is the Arizona law on illegal immigration. A few, no maybe a couple, ok one republican grilled Attorney General Holder on the threat that he made of taking Arizona to court over this bill. When asked Holder stated that he had not read the 18 page bill, so he wasn't sure what was in it. First of all why is reading a bill relevant? That is just not the way things are done in washington dc, but I digress. Has the GOP called for his firing? I think not. Will they? I think not.
If after all the outrage against incumbents and this leap off the cliff into socialism I can only conclude that the GOP is for it in the long run or they would at least try to put a stop to it. Folks, they are not even trying to fake it any more. I'm not even going to call them the lesser of two evils anymore.
Voting for either party based on what party they are is just voting for evil. Both parties just want the power over every aspect of our daily lives and will say and do whatever they must to accomplish these ends. One party is just trying to do it faster than the other party. As a Friend of mine puts it on his blog,'The Only Way To Deal With An Unfree World Is To Become So Absolutely Free That Your Very Existence Is An Act Of Rebellion!'. I will only vote for and support politicians that support my core beliefs. Those are God, A strong FREE and safe America, and liberty and the rights of its citizens to be free of government nanny state intrusion. I WILL hold any and all politicians feet to the fire for violating my beliefs and my God given inalienable right.

Let the boycotts begin!
The socialist fringe of the liberal democratic party are calling for a boycott of all things Arizona. This is because Arizona had the audacity to make a law enforcing federal immigration law by making it a state law that can be enforced by local police. It also makes it illegal for cities to be 'sanctuary cities'. I say lets boycott all things that are supporting the criminal activity of illegal immigration! When you do this make sure you call it what it is 'willful support of criminal activity'.
This is exactly what it is, criminal support of criminal activity. Both before and after the fact. By agitating for these 'rights' to be here in the Unites States without permission, the criminal element encourages their fellow criminals to illegally enter the US.
One way that they do this is by using the lie that these are 'honest hard working migrants filling jobs that americans don't want to do'. The real truth about this is that americans won't do these jobs for the wages that are being paid. These illegal immigrants are willing to be paid less and be paid off the books. This deprives honest hard working americans a decent wage and robs the treasury of income, social security, and medicare taxes. Employers who hire these criminals become criminals themselves in the process. The hiring of these criminals also is proven wrong on the rare attempts at immigration enforcement. Just look back at the long lines of legal workers who flooded the Perdue chicken processing plant and the Shipley's donut shops. Thousands lined up for a few hundred well paying LEGAL jobs. This has been seen all over the country. In reality the illegals provide cheap labor and keep wages artificially low.
These folks also don't buy insurance for their health or their vehicles. When they get sick they can't go to a doctor where they have to pay cash up front. Instead the flood our emergency rooms and hospitals. They then leave without paying their bills and without any intention of doing so. They are safe now from deportation due to their anchor baby that they have here too. We won't even talk about the social services that they now qualify for with these anchor babies. This has led to the closure of hospitals with the loss of jobs to RN's, Doctors and support staff. This of coarse leads to more loss to our treasury in taxes and increased cost for unemployment insurance. Our insurance rates also rise to cover these losses in medical insurance and auto insurance.
Then of coarse there are those who commit crimes beyond the crime of entering the US illegally. These violent folks fill our jail cells for the crimes like, robbery, burglary, rape, assault, importing and selling drugs, and murder. The blood spilled from these crimes and the loss of life and property need to be placed squarely on the heads and hands of those who aid and abet, or support illegal immigration.
The corruption of those who support these criminals aliens infects all areas of our society. It doesn't matter if it's corrupt employers who hire them. The corrupt politicians who refuse to protect our borders, enforce our laws and the Constitution. The corrupt citizens who hide and care for them. Or, the corrupt governments that use our porous as an escape valve so they don't have to fix their problems at home. All of them are morally, ethically responsible for the criminal acts committed by these illegal invaders.
This corruption is why Arizona passed it's recent law. Now corrupt groups, politicians, employers, and others are calling for a boycott of all things Arizona. If you support these un-american activities, then go ahead and boycott to your evil hearts content. If, on the other hand, you support law and order, and the American way of life, then lets boycott those corrupt organizations who support this criminal activity. Make sure you tell them that you are doing this and why. Let them know loud and clear that this is a crime and that they are criminals. Let your political representatives know know that you will not be voting for them due to their corruption, and their refusal to uphold our Constitution and laws. Ask the corrupt politicians why we should obey any of the laws that they pass if they only selectively enforce our laws?

Vote Them Out!
Is the 2010 election about electing republicans over democrats, or should we do something more important and substantial?
Many think we should vote out the democrats and only vote for republicans. Will that really change things? Was this problem really caused by just the democrats? OH HECK NO! Both parties are responsible for this mess. The democrats only accelerated this fall of our country.
Both parties need to be sent a message of who is really in charge. Both parties need to go and we need to flex real muscle. Lets throw out ALL INCUMBENTS! Let both parties know that they work for us. Let them know we can and will get rid of them one way or another. They all must pay the price of thier treason for not listening to us.
The democrats know that their days as a clear majority are numbered. Many are retiring ahead of the coming election. This will let them nominate a candidate to tell the electorate what they want to hear. They will push hard in the meantime to get their agenda through. Look ahead for cap and trade again, immigration reform, ratifying UN treaties like LOST and children's rights, Obama's new arms treaty, and possibly a value added tax in addition to our regular income tax to raise revenue to pay for all of this.
The Republicans still don't have the REAL conservative religion yet. Those in congress now are just pandering to the masses for re-election. Most of them are in favor of some type of health care reform, immigration reform, and other things that we don't need or want. They just don't want it as fast or as far as the democrats. Lets not forget it was the republicans, led by John McCain, that gave us the recently overturned McCain-Fiengold act, otherwise known as the incumbent protection act. It should be remembered that at one time the GOP was in charge as the majority. Did they shrink the size of our government, or was the 'contract with America' a failure in the end? Did the lame attempt to reform fannie mae or freddie mac work? Does anyone think that they will win enough seats to overturn these unconstitutional and treasonous acts? Do you think that they will have enough votes to override a presidential veto? Even the republican leadership is backing off their promise to kill the health care bill. Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) , Senate candidates Mark Kirk of Illinois, Rep. Mike Castle, (R-Del.) have also backed off their repeal the bill stance.
Is the GOP really backing or putting forth real conservative candidates? I recently saw the darling of the latest conservative movement, Sarah Palin, publicly endorsing Senator John McCain! GET REAL! The leadership of the GOP is still partying like its 1999 at the nudity bars. Some party members are calling for GOP leader Steele to resign and he is playing the race card! Here in Texas we are having a runoff between Rick Perry and Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Both are expert career politicians, not real conservative by any stretch of the imagination.
Its time for a real change that this country can live with. The change needs to be in our attitude about career politicians. This primary season vote against ALL INCUMBENTS in a voice that cannot be ignored. Nothing says that 'We the People' are in charge like telling a politician 'Your Fired' and tossing them out of office. Come this november election vote against ALL remaining incumbents. If we do this the GOP leadership and the conservative movement will be changed for real. We will be able to force them to give us real conservative, Constitution supporting, candidates. We then can force a repeal of these laws, secure our borders, reform our taxes, and make America a strong world leader again.
We can of course just vote for the lesser of two evils again. Some will say that that voting against republican incumbents just plays into the democrats hand. Truthfully that is just voting for evil and you get what you sow, just maybe at a slower level. How was that working out before the last election? Will voting for the lesser of two evils really change what is happening in Washington DC? In a word, NO! Vote of a third party CONSERVATIVE candidate if one is available. If there is not one just withhold your vote or, write in your vote for a conservative that you respect in your district.
Remember nothing says ' We don't love your anymore' like voting them out of office.

Lets just call it what it really is, TREASON.
Treason, noun:
1. The offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign.
2. A violation of allegiance to ones sovereign or to ones state.
3. The betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.
Lets talk about the first one. The marxist Obama and the democrats openly talk about transforming our country. They are taking us from a free capitalist society to a socialist society. We have gone from where private industry supplies what we want and can afford to where the government has taken over private industry to give us what it thinks we should have. They are placing our sovereignty in jeopardy through massive amounts of debt by taking loans out to foreign countries. They tie us up with treaties that limit our rights and trade. They are instituting expansive government growth programs that the people that they 'represent' don't want by an overwhelming majority. Constitutional protections are being ignored and or swept aside.
All of these folks took an oath of allegiance to support, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Members of BOTH parties regularly violate this oath. BOTH parties have refuses to take decisive action to stop the flow of illegal entry across out borders. Just recently a rancher in Arizona was killed on his ranch by border-crossers who were trailed back across the border back into Mexico. The governors of the border states have called for troops to be deployed there to stop the inflow. To date nothing has happened.
Despite the overwhelming objections of law abiding AMERICANS, they have made repeated attempts at a new amnesty and are planning to try again. This violates the laws of our nation by rewarding law breaking. Why should anyone obey the law if we could just demand and get the 'cure' of amnesty? This has been done before. It didn't work then and it will not now. We now have an even larger group of illegal law breakers demanding their 'fair share' of the American dream just for being here. With democrats hell bent on being re-elected with the vote of these new citizens, and republicans pandering you can bet the new amnesty bill will be passed with bipartisan support. All of this violates their allegiance to this country and the laws of our land.
It is the arrogance of BOTH parties that is the worse treason. The peoples trust, faith , and confidence in Congress, the President, and the Courts are at an all time low. Just take a look at their abysmal poll numbers. BOTH parties have refused to listen to the clear loud voice of the people when we tell them NO! The courts regularly refuse to hear our pleas. They say the citizens have no standing to challenge these laws or question the legitimacy of the President. Every where the people turn they are obstructed from relief of this oppression. Our country is drowning in debt to countries that hate us. Foreign invaders willfully violate our laws that we dutifully obey. These illegal aliens kill, rob, and hurt our citizens. Some have a clear intent to destroy this country. If we are to become free again this must be changed.
If we get to an election in 2010 we must throw out ALL! incumbents. Neither party must be spared. This point at which we find our beloved country has been a long time in building. Both parties have participated in violating the Constitution for their personnal gain and re-election. The only thing either party fears is not being re-elected. Given the rage in the electorate one can only wonder, how these bills are getting passed? The simple answer is that once these bills are passed they know that they will never be repealed. The probability of the republicans getting a large enough majority to override a veto is zero going down to the point of infinity. The GOP is in itself in favor of health care reform, amnesty, and expanding the governments rule, just not as fast as the democrats currently are. Many of them voted for bills like amnesty, health care, and the stimulus package in the past. Lets not even talk about pork barrel spending.
The latest bill ruled unconstitutional was the McCain-Feingold bill, otherwise known as the incumbent protection act. The courts ruled that it did violate our rights to free political speech. The President was so enraged by this he called out the Supreme Court during his State of the Union Address. These treasonous acts continue to interfere with our daily lives. Our INALIENABLE RIGHTS to speak out against unjust acts and corruption of our rulers are denied. Our hard earned monies are taxed away and given to those who didn't earn it. Our currency is devalued due to government actions. Our freedom to worship and honor GOD as we please without the government censoring it from the pulpit is under continued attack. Their treasonous reach even goes into our homes telling us how we can light them. Soon they may even reach into my garden if I don't submit a plan and request permission from the government.
This government of ours, by the people, for the people, and of the people has died at the hands of these professional politicians. It is up to us, the people, to decide if we will let this stand. Only we the people can take back OUR country from the hands of these vile and treasonous folks. Today is that day! Will you stand up to restore this country or will you kneel down before those who have committed treason against the Constitution of the United States of America?
I will be active against ALL incumbents regardless of party. They are all responsible for the situation this country is in. I will not obey these unconstitutional laws. I will not be silent. I will not give up. I will not submit to treasonous people or their acts.
I pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor in restoring the United States of America. Will you join me and do the same?

Lets talk about the first one. The marxist Obama and the democrats openly talk about transforming our country. They are taking us from a free capitalist society to a socialist society. We have gone from where private industry supplies what we want and can afford to where the government has taken over private industry to give us what it thinks we should have. They are placing our sovereignty in jeopardy through massive amounts of debt by taking loans out to foreign countries. They tie us up with treaties that limit our rights and trade. They are instituting expansive government growth programs that the people that they 'represent' don't want by an overwhelming majority. Constitutional protections are being ignored and or swept aside.
All of these folks took an oath of allegiance to support, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Members of BOTH parties regularly violate this oath. BOTH parties have refuses to take decisive action to stop the flow of illegal entry across out borders. Just recently a rancher in Arizona was killed on his ranch by border-crossers who were trailed back across the border back into Mexico. The governors of the border states have called for troops to be deployed there to stop the inflow. To date nothing has happened.
Despite the overwhelming objections of law abiding AMERICANS, they have made repeated attempts at a new amnesty and are planning to try again. This violates the laws of our nation by rewarding law breaking. Why should anyone obey the law if we could just demand and get the 'cure' of amnesty? This has been done before. It didn't work then and it will not now. We now have an even larger group of illegal law breakers demanding their 'fair share' of the American dream just for being here. With democrats hell bent on being re-elected with the vote of these new citizens, and republicans pandering you can bet the new amnesty bill will be passed with bipartisan support. All of this violates their allegiance to this country and the laws of our land.
It is the arrogance of BOTH parties that is the worse treason. The peoples trust, faith , and confidence in Congress, the President, and the Courts are at an all time low. Just take a look at their abysmal poll numbers. BOTH parties have refused to listen to the clear loud voice of the people when we tell them NO! The courts regularly refuse to hear our pleas. They say the citizens have no standing to challenge these laws or question the legitimacy of the President. Every where the people turn they are obstructed from relief of this oppression. Our country is drowning in debt to countries that hate us. Foreign invaders willfully violate our laws that we dutifully obey. These illegal aliens kill, rob, and hurt our citizens. Some have a clear intent to destroy this country. If we are to become free again this must be changed.
If we get to an election in 2010 we must throw out ALL! incumbents. Neither party must be spared. This point at which we find our beloved country has been a long time in building. Both parties have participated in violating the Constitution for their personnal gain and re-election. The only thing either party fears is not being re-elected. Given the rage in the electorate one can only wonder, how these bills are getting passed? The simple answer is that once these bills are passed they know that they will never be repealed. The probability of the republicans getting a large enough majority to override a veto is zero going down to the point of infinity. The GOP is in itself in favor of health care reform, amnesty, and expanding the governments rule, just not as fast as the democrats currently are. Many of them voted for bills like amnesty, health care, and the stimulus package in the past. Lets not even talk about pork barrel spending.
The latest bill ruled unconstitutional was the McCain-Feingold bill, otherwise known as the incumbent protection act. The courts ruled that it did violate our rights to free political speech. Is it time to declare a moritorium on government?
Do we really need a government that just doesn't listen to us? Is it time to say NO! to new laws, rules, taxes and fees? Where does it say congress must meet all the time? Would we be better off if we shut it down for a year?
Congress really only needs to pass a annual budget. They really don't do much else worth a hoot. The Texas legislature only meets every two years. It gives us a break from new laws and taxes for a while.

Does Walmart and others promote declining values?
Does Walmart and other retailers support the destruction of American values through their lack of willingness to stop shoplifting? How much is their lack of enforcement costing you and me? The answer appears to be YES and its costing us BILLIONS. Last year Walmart reported that they had lost 3 billion due to theft of products. That's just at Walmart. Most retailers reported losses in the same range for their market share. Given the poor economy I would expect this years losses to be much higher.
How is this happening? Two reasons: 1, Once a shoplifter makes it outside they are safe from store employees trying to detain them. 2, When was the last time they asked you for an ID when making a credit card purchase?
Just a few weeks ago I watched the door alarm go off and the criminal just kept on walking. All the door greeter did was say 'miss, come back'. All she did was flip me off when I shouted 'hey shoplifter come back'. She just kept on walking and the greeter just went back to checking bags of the compliant sheeple. Some retailers have even fired employees who have taken action to stop thieves. I read about one who only went out and got the thief's license plate to give to the police. Why would anyone risk their ability to feed their family for these companies? You and I are also paying the price when the thieves just walk out in higher prices to cover the losses, sales taxes lost and thieves embolden to continue their evil ways.
A couple of weeks ago, while vacationing in Hawaii, I was shocked when asked to produce an ID while making a credit card purchase from a small vendor. This was the first time that I had been asked for ID in a long time. I latter had to do it again at a t-shirt store! What's up with these small stores? Walmart, Target, and Home Depot in Hawaii never hassled me. Could it be that these small stores were tired of the credit card companies charging them back for this bad stolen debt and they are losing to much money? Nah, must be some other racist reason.
This is the promotion of corruption and is a crime against You and me. It cost us in our freedoms. It cost us in tax losses not paid. It cost us in the deterioration of our values and the honest American Way of Life. I say we could reverse this policy by removing the ability of these stores and banks to write off the losses on their corporate taxes. Nothing changes minds quicker than money.
