Time to get past talking and push back!

So we have been talking, protesting, calling, and writing for months now. Are the politicians listening? Yes they are and many are running scared. The GOP claims to have seen the light, but we have heard this before. Even now they can't hold their members in line to keep a radical socialist off of the Supreme Court.

The Republicans claim that they will overturn the socialist agenda if we just vote in the GOP back into power. Again we have heard this before. Even if the GOP takes over the House, which is a good possibility, so what? Maybe on the outside chance they get a stronger presence in the senate will it change anything really? At best only to a limited degree. It may slow down the march to socialism. The party of socialism lite, otherwise known as fascism, even in the best case will not have the votes to overturn the bills that have passed. Should the communist in the democratic party unite in fear with the fascist of the Republican party and overturn these unconstitutional laws, the chances of overriding a presidential vote or executive order are nil. You can bet that that reason alone will represent a great opportunity for the fascist party (GOP) to exploit for political reason in 2012.

This election we need to focus our rage razor sharp if we want to turn it around in 2012. This fall vote out ALL incumbents regardless of party. BOTH parties, the communist democrats, and the fascist republicans are both responsible for passing these unconstitutional laws over the years that have dragged this great nation down. Both in the face of our wrath and disgust say that they have gotten the message. The evil socialist say that they will slow down, The lesser of two evils party say that they have changed. When pigs where lipstick and fly! Most members of congress have been there a long time. That is the problem and they are not any part of the solution. If we revolt and throw out as many incumbents as we can we will send a message throughout the halls of Washington DC. It will also send a message to the productive members of this country that we can change Washington. We will tell them that we don't have to accept more burdens on our God given freedoms and our wallets.

Know that this will just be the start of the real fight for America. The unproductive members of society will see this change in the wind too. It will be a big threat to their cushy way of life. The communist democratic party and the fascist republican party will exploit their fear to the max for their political gain. They will sing campaign promises of 'vote for me to save your benefit rights' that keep us economically enslaved now. Yes it will be THE real fight.

So this election chose. Chose continued economic slavery, or chose to fight for your God given freedoms. The time to chose is now. Chose freedom.

It all comes back to obeying the Constitution or not.

How can our leaders have any claim to legitimacy when they so blatantly refuse to obey and follow the Constitution? When they refuse to fulfill the laws of our nation and publicly condemn those who do, are we morally and legally required to follow them? When they show their disrespect and disdain for the laws of our nation they show that they are not leaders but rulers.

A case in point is the recent brouhaha over the Arizona illegal immigrant law. This law is a mirror of federal law brought down to a local level of enforcement. It even goes farther than federal law in that it makes racial profiling illegal and punishable under the law. Being typical Washington DC politicians, they have voiced strong opposition to the law without having read the bill. Given that the bill is only ten pages long, not thousands like a federal bill, it only proves that these politicians are illiterate. Not content with criticizing the law they invited a corrupt leader, from a failed narco state, to come to Washington DC and lecture us from the podium in the capitol building. The head of ICE has publicly stated that his agency, the one charged with enforcing immigration laws, may not deport any illegals that are caught by Arizona law enforcement officials.

Then there is the second amendment issue. Obuma has stated that he is not going to take our guns away. That is the truth, sort of. It's the U.N. that going to do that under the small arms treaty that Hillary signed on behalf of the United States. Once the advise and consent requirement is passed by the US Senate, obuma can can say it's not him taking our rights away, but the UN requirements. The fact that as president he ordered and authorized Hillary to sign it is irrelevant.

The most recent scandal of our ruling class is the attempt by this administration to buy off political opponents with offers of cushy federal jobs. At least two candidates for high office were offered jobs to resign from a race so that the administration favored candidates would win the primary and hopefully be re-elected. This, of coarse violates the law regarding interfering with an election. Given the mood of the public regarding incumbents, this kind corruption will only backfire and may rise to the level of an impeachable event.

Lastly there is the fine example put up by the ruling class on not paying their taxes. It never ceases to amaze me how many government officials are caught not paying their fair share. You know about that fair share thing. The one that if we don't pay we go to jail. These millionaires get off with a small fine and they have to pay the back taxes. They then go back to business as usual. We the little folk of coarse get a chance to live off the government dole in Leavenworth prison for the same offense. So much for equal protection under the law.

The willful failure of our leaders to obey and follow the Constitution is why our nation is in so much danger, both from within and without. Protecting the lives and property of American citizens is the first and foremost duty of the government. Signing away our personal inalienable rights is not something that either the congress or the president has the right or authority to do. Trying to do an end run around the Constitution to do that is just plain TREASON!

It is time, Mr. and Mrs. America, to change how this game is played. If your elected official won't obey the Constitution, then it's time to demand that they depart. If they will not go peacefully then we must drag them out kicking and screaming. If they want to be our leaders then they must lead by example and obey the Constitution of the United Stated and our laws. All unconstitutional laws must be repealed and the government returned to it's constitutional limits. Treaties that violate our personal inalienable right must be declared null and void.

When we go to the polls this year we need to drive out those who have shown their scorn for the Constitution regardless of their party affiliation. We need to reject party loyalty and give our loyalty to those who support and obey the Constitution of the United States of America. This is the path back to a strong and free America.

Is there really a difference?

Is there really a difference between the democratic party and the republican party anymore? It gets harder to tell every day. The GOP seems to move closer to the left of just folds under democrats criticism a little more each day.

The other senator from Arizona, Jon Kyl, was on face the nation the other day talking about obuma's latest pick for the Supreme Court of the US, Elena Kagan. During this interview he showed that he really had very little information on her background and core far left liberal beliefs. As usual he came off to me a an unknowing politician from washington dc. He ended the interview by stating that a filibuster was off the table. Folks we can now concede that this nominee will get voted in as the most powerful way of stopping her has been withdrawn. All the democrats had to do during the Bush years was say that they were filibustering something and it was all over. It didn't matter if it was a bill or a judicial nomination being considered it was gone. You would think that by now the republicans in congress would show a little spine but you would be mistaken.

Here in Texas the Trans Texas Corridor has been resurrected from the dead again. Governor Rick Perry has said that he will wait and see if its going to be funded by the federal government. If it is then he will have to ok it as it's mandated to spend the funds by law. SO he really doesn't want to do this but if the feds say he must he will. Where have I recently been hearing something similar to this? It had to do with something about a threat to one of our inalienable rights. I remember now! Obuma stated that he wasn't going to overturn the second amendment and take our guns away. Instead the UN is going to do that! Billary just signed the treaty on small arms and now it goes senate for their required advise and consent. Since the treaty bans civilian small arms the government will be required to confiscate them, all in the name of UN compliance, not US law or obuma's desire to ban guns in the hands of citizens. Based on the republicans history do you really think that they will stand up for this fight?

The senate has been working on a new bill for regulating wall street. Harry Reid attempted a vote to close debate and it was voted down. After the usual back room, behind the scenes arm twisting it was brought to a vote again and this time it passed without any new amendments. How was this done you might ask? Scott Brown, (R-Mass) changed his vote. I'm sure we will soon learn just what his quid pro quo was.

Then there is the Arizona law on illegal immigration. A few, no maybe a couple, ok one republican grilled Attorney General Holder on the threat that he made of taking Arizona to court over this bill. When asked Holder stated that he had not read the 18 page bill, so he wasn't sure what was in it. First of all why is reading a bill relevant? That is just not the way things are done in washington dc, but I digress. Has the GOP called for his firing? I think not. Will they? I think not.

If after all the outrage against incumbents and this leap off the cliff into socialism I can only conclude that the GOP is for it in the long run or they would at least try to put a stop to it. Folks, they are not even trying to fake it any more. I'm not even going to call them the lesser of two evils anymore.

Voting for either party based on what party they are is just voting for evil. Both parties just want the power over every aspect of our daily lives and will say and do whatever they must to accomplish these ends. One party is just trying to do it faster than the other party. As a Friend of mine puts it on his blog,'The Only Way To Deal With An Unfree World Is To Become So Absolutely Free That Your Very Existence Is An Act Of Rebellion!'. I will only vote for and support politicians that support my core beliefs. Those are God, A strong FREE and safe America, and liberty and the rights of its citizens to be free of government nanny state intrusion. I WILL hold any and all politicians feet to the fire for violating my beliefs and my God given inalienable right.

Let the boycotts begin!

The socialist fringe of the liberal democratic party are calling for a boycott of all things Arizona. This is because Arizona had the audacity to make a law enforcing federal immigration law by making it a state law that can be enforced by local police. It also makes it illegal for cities to be 'sanctuary cities'. I say lets boycott all things that are supporting the criminal activity of illegal immigration! When you do this make sure you call it what it is 'willful support of criminal activity'.

This is exactly what it is, criminal support of criminal activity. Both before and after the fact. By agitating for these 'rights' to be here in the Unites States without permission, the criminal element encourages their fellow criminals to illegally enter the US.

One way that they do this is by using the lie that these are 'honest hard working migrants filling jobs that americans don't want to do'. The real truth about this is that americans won't do these jobs for the wages that are being paid. These illegal immigrants are willing to be paid less and be paid off the books. This deprives honest hard working americans a decent wage and robs the treasury of income, social security, and medicare taxes. Employers who hire these criminals become criminals themselves in the process. The hiring of these criminals also is proven wrong on the rare attempts at immigration enforcement. Just look back at the long lines of legal workers who flooded the Perdue chicken processing plant and the Shipley's donut shops. Thousands lined up for a few hundred well paying LEGAL jobs. This has been seen all over the country. In reality the illegals provide cheap labor and keep wages artificially low.

These folks also don't buy insurance for their health or their vehicles. When they get sick they can't go to a doctor where they have to pay cash up front. Instead the flood our emergency rooms and hospitals. They then leave without paying their bills and without any intention of doing so. They are safe now from deportation due to their anchor baby that they have here too. We won't even talk about the social services that they now qualify for with these anchor babies. This has led to the closure of hospitals with the loss of jobs to RN's, Doctors and support staff. This of coarse leads to more loss to our treasury in taxes and increased cost for unemployment insurance. Our insurance rates also rise to cover these losses in medical insurance and auto insurance.

Then of coarse there are those who commit crimes beyond the crime of entering the US illegally. These violent folks fill our jail cells for the crimes like, robbery, burglary, rape, assault, importing and selling drugs, and murder. The blood spilled from these crimes and the loss of life and property need to be placed squarely on the heads and hands of those who aid and abet, or support illegal immigration.

The corruption of those who support these criminals aliens infects all areas of our society. It doesn't matter if it's corrupt employers who hire them. The corrupt politicians who refuse to protect our borders, enforce our laws and the Constitution. The corrupt citizens who hide and care for them. Or, the corrupt governments that use our porous as an escape valve so they don't have to fix their problems at home. All of them are morally, ethically responsible for the criminal acts committed by these illegal invaders.

This corruption is why Arizona passed it's recent law. Now corrupt groups, politicians, employers, and others are calling for a boycott of all things Arizona. If you support these un-american activities, then go ahead and boycott to your evil hearts content. If, on the other hand, you support law and order, and the American way of life, then lets boycott those corrupt organizations who support this criminal activity. Make sure you tell them that you are doing this and why. Let them know loud and clear that this is a crime and that they are criminals. Let your political representatives know know that you will not be voting for them due to their corruption, and their refusal to uphold our Constitution and laws. Ask the corrupt politicians why we should obey any of the laws that they pass if they only selectively enforce our laws?

If they are not going to uphold their oaths of office, or listen to us, the electorate, why should we listen to them and obey their laws? Is that right and just that we should? It's right that we should be demand amnesty too, right?

Lets just call it what it really is, TREASON.

Treason, noun:
1. The offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign.
2. A violation of allegiance to ones sovereign or to ones state.
3. The betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.

Lets talk about the first one. The marxist Obama and the democrats openly talk about transforming our country. They are taking us from a free capitalist society to a socialist society. We have gone from where private industry supplies what we want and can afford to where the government has taken over private industry to give us what it thinks we should have. They are placing our sovereignty in jeopardy through massive amounts of debt by taking loans out to foreign countries. They tie us up with treaties that limit our rights and trade. They are instituting expansive government growth programs that the people that they 'represent' don't want by an overwhelming majority. Constitutional protections are being ignored and or swept aside.

All of these folks took an oath of allegiance to support, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Members of BOTH parties regularly violate this oath. BOTH parties have refuses to take decisive action to stop the flow of illegal entry across out borders. Just recently a rancher in Arizona was killed on his ranch by border-crossers who were trailed back across the border back into Mexico. The governors of the border states have called for troops to be deployed there to stop the inflow. To date nothing has happened.

Despite the overwhelming objections of law abiding AMERICANS, they have made repeated attempts at a new amnesty and are planning to try again. This violates the laws of our nation by rewarding law breaking. Why should anyone obey the law if we could just demand and get the 'cure' of amnesty? This has been done before. It didn't work then and it will not now. We now have an even larger group of illegal law breakers demanding their 'fair share' of the American dream just for being here. With democrats hell bent on being re-elected with the vote of these new citizens, and republicans pandering you can bet the new amnesty bill will be passed with bipartisan support. All of this violates their allegiance to this country and the laws of our land.

It is the arrogance of BOTH parties that is the worse treason. The peoples trust, faith , and confidence in Congress, the President, and the Courts are at an all time low. Just take a look at their abysmal poll numbers. BOTH parties have refused to listen to the clear loud voice of the people when we tell them NO! The courts regularly refuse to hear our pleas. They say the citizens have no standing to challenge these laws or question the legitimacy of the President. Every where the people turn they are obstructed from relief of this oppression. Our country is drowning in debt to countries that hate us. Foreign invaders willfully violate our laws that we dutifully obey. These illegal aliens kill, rob, and hurt our citizens. Some have a clear intent to destroy this country. If we are to become free again this must be changed.



If we get to an election in 2010 we must throw out ALL! incumbents. Neither party must be spared. This point at which we find our beloved country has been a long time in building. Both parties have participated in violating the Constitution for their personnal gain and re-election. The only thing either party fears is not being re-elected. Given the rage in the electorate one can only wonder, how these bills are getting passed? The simple answer is that once these bills are passed they know that they will never be repealed. The probability of the republicans getting a large enough majority to override a veto is zero going down to the point of infinity. The GOP is in itself in favor of health care reform, amnesty, and expanding the governments rule, just not as fast as the democrats currently are. Many of them voted for bills like amnesty, health care, and the stimulus package in the past. Lets not even talk about pork barrel spending.

The latest bill ruled unconstitutional was the McCain-Feingold bill, otherwise known as the incumbent protection act. The courts ruled that it did violate our rights to free political speech. The President was so enraged by this he called out the Supreme Court during his State of the Union Address. He even lied as to the impact of the bill being overturned as to foreigners contributing to political parties. This is just one example ot treasonous laws limiting our rights to free speech.

These treasonous acts continue to interfere with our daily lives. Our INALIENABLE RIGHTS to speak out against unjust acts and corruption of our rulers are denied. Our hard earned monies are taxed away and given to those who didn't earn it. Our currency is devalued due to government actions. Our freedom to worship and honor GOD as we please without the government censoring it from the pulpit is under continued attack. Their treasonous reach even goes into our homes telling us how we can light them. Soon they may even reach into my garden if I don't submit a plan and request permission from the government.

This government of ours, by the people, for the people, and of the people has died at the hands of these professional politicians. It is up to us, the people, to decide if we will let this stand. Only we the people can take back OUR country from the hands of these vile and treasonous folks. Today is that day! Will you stand up to restore this country or will you kneel down before those who have committed treason against the Constitution of the United States of America?

I will be active against ALL incumbents regardless of party. They are all responsible for the situation this country is in. I will not obey these unconstitutional laws. I will not be silent. I will not give up. I will not submit to treasonous people or their acts.

I pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor in restoring the United States of America. Will you join me and do the same?

Under what authority?

Under what authority does the pay czar, Kenneth Feinberg, have to tell a private company how much compensation it's employees can receive? Where in the Constitution of the United States of America does this authority exist? When did Congress pass a law giving anyone in the administration this authority?

It is time to wake up folks and smell the burning coffee pot. This act is one of many that must be stopped and overthrown. It can not be allowed to go forward. If this is allowed under the guise of 'we bailed them out so we have the right' we allow it to further expand to everyone. Once a government rule starts it only grows until it covers everyone. That means YOU! Some bureaucrat will soon be telling you how much you can make. Is your job green enough? You might get a raise. Does you company support a favored political class? You might get a raise, just remember to contribute most if not all of it to the favored political class or you might end up with a full pay cut.

This headlong ride into socialism must stop NOW! It is past time to revolt against this overthrow of the United States. This coup must be overthrown by ALL means and its authors tried, convicted for treason, and fully dealt with.

Or you can just say yes master, your servant obeys you master, and go back to sleep.

Vote 2010

The 2010 election season is now upon us and the question is will this be the last time we get to do that ever. Will America survive, or will we fall into a socialist marxist mire and die as a free country. The answer will depend on your vote. Will you vote as a free person and vote for the best qualified, conservative, God fearing and loving, Constitution supporting candidate? Will you just vote for someone with an 'R' next to their name and hope for the best?

Now is the time to vote with your conscious and loose the fear that makes you vote for the lessor of two evils. This willingness to vote for the lessor of two evils is what got us here. The lessor of two evils vote got us McCain as our choice for president. Now is the time to stand up and be counted before God and Country. You must vote only for those who are true to what they say they will do. Those who have proven themselves to only be the lessor of two evils must not be voted for. Vote for someone else or vote for no one if there is no satisfactory candidate. If all the GOP will offer is a candidate with an 'R' next to his name then they are evil and the GOP should and must lose again.

Any party or candidate that will not listen and obey you, the folks that they represent, is not worth your vote or respect. Any party that can not or will not hold it's elected members to it's written platform is not a party that you want to be supporting. If this is your party then turn away from it and let it fall.

This Nation is in trouble because we have turned from our roots. This Nation has rejected wisdom of the Bible, our God, and the Constitution. We must return to what worked and made us great, or fall into the dustbin of history. As for me I stand with that which made us free and the greatest nation on earth. God and the Constitution of the United States. Millions of people over the years since this country was founded came here for a better life. That is what America was founded on. Now millions come here to get what they can for free.

It is past time to really take America back. The vote in 2010 WILL be our last chance to turn back the clock. How will you vote?

Have the liberals finally brought us to this point? Will it take a new war of independence to throw off the shackles of this arrogant marxist regime? Must America fall into civil war to preserve what little of it that remains? Can nothing stop the liberal onslaught on our lives, liberties, and freedoms? It really looks like the options are really winding down to only one. Good men and women must stand up to turn back the tide or let America fall along with the Constitution of the United States.

Just last saturday a million and a half americans went to Washington DC to protest this socialist takeover of America. Did you see any if it? Then you must have been watching the Fox Network or have been on the internet. In what was the largest protest in the history of our nation, nothing of good value was said on the network news. One network said it was a few thousand, another said maybe 60-70 thousand. News agencies outside the United States put the march in the two million range. Our leaders said very little. The presidents press secretary shrugged his shoulders and said he knew nothing about the event happening. President obama apparently saw nothing when he flew over on his way to an event out of Washington DC.

The left was so bad they brought out jimmy carter to call us all racist since we oppose the president. You know it's pissing the liberals off when they play the race card. You also know that's the only card that they have left in the deck. They just can't get the message that America is saying NO! to them. After all they won the election. That has to be mandate right? The truth is that they didn't win the election so much as the lame gop lost it. That is something which is still lost on the leadership of the republican party.

The majority of Americans STILL want a conservative, limited, and responsible government. That is not what the leftist socialist democrats or the middle of the road republicans are. All of this disgust has led up to protest not seen since the 60's. The biggest difference so far between then and now has been the level of violence. With millions of honest Americans being vilified, slandered, demeaned, and ignored our 'leaders' are bringing us to the brink. They ignore that we are not a democracy but a republic and they need to represent US as that's what we elected them to do.

America must return to our roots if it is going to survive as a free nation. The government must be returned to a constitutional form as laid out in the Constitution of the United States. Our leaders must obey the Constitution and hold to their oaths of office. It is time for good men and women to say NO! you will turn back. This is the only way to save our GOD given inalienable rights. We will not meet with you and discuss this anymore as "This meeting can do nothing more to save the country"

A temporary spine

Wow! did you see Representative Joe Wilson grow a spine on tv last night? I hope you did because it didn't last. By morning he was calling the white house and apologizing to the president for calling the liar a liar. The president said that his health care plan didn't cover illegal immigrants. Technically that's true, however when the republicans, led by Joe Wilson, tried to put that language into the bill the democrats removed it. Since there is no provision to require proof of citizenship prior to coverage, you can expect that the regulations will contain a provision prohibiting checking of citizenship. That's the way the communist in charge now work. They say one thing and do the other once the bill passes. They still think that the public hasn't caught onto this tactic

The republicans are trying to stay in the middle of the road. They hope with this strategy that they will regain power in 2010. The problem is they are still not listening to the voters. The American public doesn't believe the president or congress. The republicans had a chance to back Joe and show the public some spine. That chance was shot down in flames by morning. All third parties need to bring this right to the public's face.

The public is tired of washington. We are tired of hearing one thing and then the government doing another. I am tired of hearing our congressional reps state that they don't know what a bill does or doesn't allow or prohibit. We the People of America are not as ignorant as they think. We are awake to their tricks. This next election cycle, if we get to it, will be a blood bath for incumbents. 57 % of voters think congress should be replaced in its entirety. More lies by the democrats and no spine from the GOP will ensure that this will reach 80% by November fourth 2010.

Now is the time for americans and third parties to stand up for the Constitution. We must return our path to the restrictions on government that the Constitution imposes. We must find candidates that will support and obey the Constitution. The only hope for real change for the better is to change out all of the rouges in washington and restore the Constitution of the United States to its proper place in our hearts, lives and government.

The three biggest issues to take total control

All of this comes back to the Constitution and how its been trashed. There are three things happening now or in the near term that will completely enslave us and only a civil war may restore our Republic and the Constitution. If we want to avoid this we need to get off out butts and united to RESTORE THE CONSTITUTION.

Food - The NAIS laws and the new agriculture regulations that are coming into effect will control what we eat. These regulations give total unconstitutional control to the government. This is all in the name of food safety. You and I will not even be able to grow gardens or raise a few chickens on the side. We will need to register with the government, provide a plan of what we intend to grow, set up setbacks to prevent contamination of our gardens, give the government unlimited rights to inspect our property and books, ect. It will be impossible to comply and the fines for non-compliance are astronomical. These laws and rules are already in effect. Some will say that the NAIS law is voluntary. So is paying income taxes. You volunteer at the point of the governments gun. This is the most dangerous law to me. Folks will put up with a lot as long as their bellies are full. Hungry people are the most dangerous. Starving folks will follow anyone who promises them food.

Cap and Trade - Control of our energy by its means of production and its uses. This one has already been approved in the House of UN-representatives. It is also on the fast track in the senate. The nuclear option has been threatened in that should the senates version be approved the two bills will just be combined by a simple majority vote and sent to obuma for signature without a reconciliation bill be put forth for a vote. This is all under the name of saving the planet from global warming or climate change as its called now. Never mind that warming and cooling has been around since the planet came into existence and the science has been proven to be junk. This is really all about controlling our means of production and its uses through controlling the energy we need to survive and to thrive.

Health care reform - Lastly control of whether we get to live or die. The right to control our health treatment and say what we get treated for and how is just outright total communism. The state will totally take over our health care and say what they will and won't pay for. Are you too young of too old to produce for the state? Tier two for you. Are you right in the middle, well tier one for you. There will be no other options for you to use. Your keeping your own health insurance is a lie. As soon as your private insurance makes ANY changes to your policy you must take the public option. Also private insurance will never be able to compete with the public trough. Private doctors and hospitals will close under the burden of government regulations and mandates. They are already doing it now.

Their total control will be complete once these three things are done, and so will we. There is really only one thing that stands in the way. The Constitution of the United States and it limitations. We have been taken down one piece of legislation at a time. We can not restore ourselves that slowly as time is now to short. Catch the Constitution Flu! Why? Because the Constitution Matters!

Its time to take the protest to the next level and make our representatives listen to us, WE THE PEOPLE! Let the national strikes begin! Catch the Constitution Flu. Spend those ‘sick’ days away from work and making purchases. Starve the beast of our income taxes and sales taxes. Let your ‘elected representatives know on the phone and by e-mail that you have had enough of them not listening. Let them know that passing socialist bills in congress without reading what they are signing is not acceptable. Stand on the street corners with a Constitution Flu sign and show the public and the press that you have had enough. Let the press know that their support of the socialist take over of America is over! Visit small business and request they close in support. Explain how they are being put out of business by these UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws.

The next outbreaks are on sept 5-8 over Labor day,sept 11-13 to support the national march on washington dc with a march to your state capitol if you can’t make it to dc yourself. Plan on a big one on Nov 4-7 to celebrate obama’s ascension to what he thinks was his coronation. Future outbreaks will be listed at the sites linked below.

and the issue is?

What is the issue that we all can rally around? Is it healthcare? Guns? Taxes? Spending? The IRS? Corrupt politicians? etc, etc, etc. Folks, how can we become a force to be reckoned with if we are all over the map on the issues? Please remember that these folks in washington have very short attention spans. If you can't get to the point and/or you don't have a pocket full of cash they won't hear you. These elected officials can not even read the bills that they are passing.

How about this, The Constitution of the United States! Lets rally around that ignored, abused, tattered, and most important document we have next to the Bible. Lets tell our politicians to stand by and follow the Constitution and its limitations or we will limit them right into jail or worse. This current crop of politicians has led this nation to the brink of failure and they all must go.

If we are lucky we may see a election in 2010. We need to elect new representatives. The entire House of Representatives is up for re-election. They all need to go by their primaries. None of them are fit to return. Many will say that they have voted against these bills that have the public so outraged. So what! The Cap and Trade bill passed the house with a bare majority. If it hadn't been eight RINO's from the GOP it wouldn't have passed at all. Had any of the so called conservatives stood up on their hind legs and filibustered the bill it would not have even come to a vote.

This lack of a spine is why they all must go. As of right now 57% of americans polled think no one should be re-elected. 57%! Lets push to bring this to around 80% by election time! We currently have these politicians to scared to face us at an unrestricted town hall meetings. Lets make them to scared to run in the next election.

Look for, find and support candidates who will support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Don't listen to our current politicians who say that they have gotten the message. We have all heard that lie before. Time is short as the filing deadlines are rapidly approaching. Tell the party that you support that you are leaving until they get someone else to run as you will not vote for an incumbent. Get off the couch and register to vote. Register with a third party so the GOP can see the lose of support.

Rally around the Constitution of the United States and its limitations on our government. This is how we can restore our country and our way of life. Join me in catching the Constitution Flu to help get the message to washington.

The left is running scared

The left is really running scared. All it took was one man with a legally carried AR-15 rifle slung on his back. The uproar from the left and the rino center still has me laughing! One honest, civil, clean cut, well dressed, ARMED, American had them quaking in their granola.

This example is what the second amendment is all about. Putting fear in the hearts of evil government officials. This is where the real power lies. It's in the hand of it's citizens with the means and the will to say NO! to them and enforce it. The government has no problems with sending in armed troops to send one kid back to cuba. They have a real problem with one armed citizen in a crowd.

If we really want to return our government to it's Constitutionally required place this is what we need to do. We must arm up and tell these evil politicians it's time for them to go. God gave us free will. Will you let these evil people take it from you? I look at the 29th rally at the state capitols to be the defining turning point. Either they will respect the people and the states rights or we must take them back by ALL means at our immediate disposal.

Hows this for a representative!

This is the beautiful thing about video cameras. They can catch democrats live and unscripted! Here is the dis-honorable Sheila Jackson Lee in action. A good friend, Tracy Miller, is attempting to ask her a question about national healthcare. The racist ms. lee couldn't get off the phone to listen to the question! This is why americans are so dissatisfied with all our un-representative representatives.

My friends this is why our march on the capitol is so important on the 29th. Our state must be freed from the grip of this beast. Please go to Gerry's site, www.drawaline.org, and sign the petition for Texas state sovereignty or secession. It's plain that we are not being represented in Washington DC. We need to get our state reps to stand up and say NO! to this kind of conduct from our national reps. If they refuse to recognize our rights under the 10th amendment then we must leave or live under tyranny.

It is time to stand up and be counted. No longer can this type of disrespect be accepted by freedom loving people. The line in the sand has been crossed and these un-representatives must go. There are a thousand cliches that could go here, but i'll just say 'those who refuse to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.' I know history and I am prepared for it.

This parties getting interesting.

I think this Tea Party idea has taken hold. Parties are springing up all over like prairie wild flower blooms in the spring. Most major cities are having one on the 15th of April. Nothing like a tax protest on national tax day. I'm going to host one as well.

I'm going to be in Austin Texas at the capitol steps on the 15th under my banner of 'One Angry Taxpayer'. This is not and will not have anything to with the Constitution Party. My local county party can't provide support for political reasons. I can't provide a better reason as I don't have one.

I ask you to be a 'One Angry Taxpayer' as well and join me in Austin, or be one on your capitol building as well. This protest needs to be at your capitol building if you can make it. We need to do this at the capitol for several reasons.

1. Time is short. Our 'leaders' in congress are moving at warp speed in Washington DC to implement the socialist takeover of America. They are not listening to us in small voices.

2. The dilution effect. Many small parties all over the state in towns and cities are easy to ignore. Time is short and we need a large visible party to be seen in the national news. Lets get as many folks as possible together in one spot.

3. Its where our state politicians are. Most legislatures are in session now and for them April 15th is a work day. Lets show up where they work. They need to see we are angry, not hear about it from some staffer at the home office, which may not be in your town.

With the exception of Texas, Alaska, and maybe California most folks can get to their capitol in an easy half a days travel. With our Governor and state reps there, I want them to see me and I want to see them. I will be gathering signatures on two petitions. One will be for the legislature to enforce the 10th amendment on states sovereignty. The other will be calling on the governor to reign in our state delegation in Washington DC.. Any one who votes for a bill they haven't read, like the latest 'stimulus' bill doesn't represent anyone.

Tea Parties, more planning needed

The problem I have with these tea parties was the lack of planning and notice. I found out about ours in Houston the day before. This resulted in poor attendance and very little press coverage. We need to organize this on a national level, WELL PUBLICIZED in advance.

Here is my suggestion. First, everyone needs to submit a new W-4 with the maximum allowances. Every tax day you should owe money. That which you give in excess may not be given back and you can bet it will not be applied to next years taxes.

Second, On April 15th take the day off and join a protest at your capital building. I plan to burn a copy of my W-4 on the capitol steps. If your from Texas I hope to see your there.

Third, July 4th, lets all meet on the mall in Washington DC. Bring another copy of your W-4 and we will have a Texas sized bonfire on the mall!

NO POLITICIANS ALLOWED. They can watch from the capitol building. I will not be interested in hearing their voices on that day. They will only hear OURS!
