Call it what it is, TREASON.

Some folks would call it treason. I'm one of them. What is this treason you ask? It's the National Defense Authorization Act that was signed into law by president barack obama. This is the law that allows the military to detain US citizens indefinitely as terrorist or supporters of terrorist. What exactly is a terrorist or what supports terrorist is very vaguely defined. That vague term in times gone past would be unconstitutional, but those days are long gone. It should be noted that when a few of our reps tried to put forth amendments that fully excluded US citizens those amendments were SOUNDLY defeated by both parties.

Section 1021 requires military detainment of al quaida, taliban, associated forces, and any and all 'supporters'. Section 1022 exempts the requirement for US citizens but does not exclude it, its just optional. Both sections cover all of the United States as part of the war zone against terrorist.

The most chilling part that all of us must consider is this administrations definition of a domestic terrorist. If you meet any of these definitions this administration may just consider you a domestic terrorist as they have repeatedly stated over the years. White, Christian, male, ex-military, conservative, libertarian, constitution supporting, limited government supporting, anti-irs, second amendment supporting, gun loving, anti obama, birther, and the list goes on. As you can see its quite easy to get on the terrorist list. Are you on the no fly list? Try to fly and you just may appear in their camps under military guard. Don't submit or object to the TSA touch and feel you could find yourself detained. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy doesn't it?

Probably the most ugly part of all this was the overwhelming bipartisan support this bill had. The majority of both parties voted in favor of this bill, and as I have stated soundly defeated any amendments to this treason. Yes, it's treason committed by our CONgressional reps. against the Constitution of the United States of America. To those who voted for these reps in spite of any past problems they had with their voting records, but they were republicans, hows that working out right now? As I have said before voting for the lesser of two evils IS voting for evil.

Constitutional TREASON is set forth in article III, section 3 as: Treason against the United states, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

So how is this act treason? It willfully violates our constitutional right to a trial by jury and our right to a speedy trial. Under these rule you can be held forever without trial or charges until the war is over. If you get a trial it will be by a military tribunal, not by a jury. Right to see the evidence and witnesses against you? Sorry, national security won't allow it. NOTHING in the Constitution allows congress to deny you your rights, NOTHING! The only way to change our right is by the amendment process, PERIOD!

This is why it's treason against US citizens and their oaths to protect, defend, and obey the Constitution of the United States. Their vote is recorded in the congressional record and witnessed by their fellow congresspersons. The president signed the bill so his signature on the bill condemns him as well as the folks who witnessed him signing the bill. Add his signing statement where he 'promises' not to use the offending sections and you get a clear admission of these parts meaning.

So what do we do? It's clear that talking to our CONgress critters is useless. First of all we need to support anyone running against the traitors. Let the party heads know that these folks are toast. Let them know that voting party line is dead. That's right folks, time to abandon the GOP as they support these establishment traitors. If there's a third party that you can support, then get on that band wagon whole hog. NO MORE VOTING FOR THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS EVER AGAIN! If that's the choice that you have then just refuse to vote. They can't say that they have the consent of the governed if the majority of us refuse to vote for them.

I am taking the public stand against them stating that they have committed treason. I'm sending all of my reps and president obama notices demanding that they resign. I am refusing to submit to federal laws until they are gone and these offending laws are repealed by their replacements. Howdy all.

    I recently contacted my CONgress critters about the provisions in the defense spending bill. It allows the indefinite detention of anyone, including US citizens, designated unprivileged enemy combatants. It includes those caught here in the US. That's right folks, you and me. Arrested, taken away, and never heard from again. No trial, no lawyer, no one knows what happened to you. Write something, like this blog, and you make it on the governments enemies list. White, Christian, male, former military, conservative, libertarian, small government supporting, gun loving, have more than 7 days of food in your house, support constitutional limits on government, prefer gold and silver to paper fake money, your on the list.

Only one critter responded with something other than a robo letter. senator hutchinson responded with the letter below. I guess she is trying to say that we are wrong in our beliefs that US citizens can be held forever. Sorry folks all you have to be is called someone supporting forces engaged in hostilities against US or coalition forces. Even more telling was an amendment by senator Udall that expressly protected US citizens. It was defeated with hutchinson and cornyn voting against the amendment. I accuse them all of treason for this bill. Get on the phone and email NOW! When it passes you can expect that date to be the official MAY DAY date for the US! Just disagree with the way the government is going and end up disappeared into a detention camp. These folks make FDR and Lincoln proud.

Dear Friend:

Thank you for contacting me regarding the new provisions for detainees proposed in Sections 1031 and 1032 of S. 1253, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2012. I welcome your thoughts and comments.

Section 1031 of the NDAA establishes guidelines to allow U.S. Armed Forces to detain “covered persons” captured during hostilities as unprivileged enemy combatants, pending disposition under the laws of war. The provision defines a “covered person” as a person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. This provision also applies to individuals who support al Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners.

Section 1032 requires U.S. Armed Forces to hold in custody as an unprivileged enemy combatant any person who is a member or part of al Qaeda or an affiliated entity, and who participated in planning or carrying out an attack or attempted attack against the United States or its coalition partners. The requirement does not extend to citizens of the United States. Also, the Secretary of Defense is authorized to waive required detention.

S. 1253 has passed the Senate Armed Services Committee, and is currently awaiting consideration by the full Senate. Should this legislation be brought to the Senate floor, you may be certain that I will keep your views in mind. So we have been talking, protesting, calling, and writing for months now. Are the politicians listening? Yes they are and many are running scared. The GOP claims to have seen the light, but we have heard this before. Even now they can't hold their members in line to keep a radical socialist off of the Supreme Court.

The Republicans claim that they will overturn the socialist agenda if we just vote in the GOP back into power. Again we have heard this before. Even if the GOP takes over the House, which is a good possibility, so what? Maybe on the outside chance they get a stronger presence in the senate will it change anything really? At best only to a limited degree. It may slow down the march to socialism. The party of socialism lite, otherwise known as fascism, even in the best case will not have the votes to overturn the bills that have passed. Should the communist in the democratic party unite in fear with the fascist of the Republican party and overturn these unconstitutional laws, the chances of overriding a presidential vote or executive order are nil. You can bet that that reason alone will represent a great opportunity for the fascist party (GOP) to exploit for political reason in 2012.

This election we need to focus our rage razor sharp if we want to turn it around in 2012. This fall vote out ALL incumbents regardless of party. BOTH parties, the communist democrats, and the fascist republicans are both responsible for passing these unconstitutional laws over the years that have dragged this great nation down. Both in the face of our wrath and disgust say that they have gotten the message. The evil socialist say that they will slow down, The lesser of two evils party say that they have changed. When pigs where lipstick and fly! Most members of congress have been there a long time. That is the problem and they are not any part of the solution. If we revolt and throw out as many incumbents as we can we will send a message throughout the halls of Washington DC. It will also send a message to the productive members of this country that we can change Washington. We will tell them that we don't have to accept more burdens on our God given freedoms and our wallets.

Know that this will just be the start of the real fight for America. The unproductive members of society will see this change in the wind too. It will be a big threat to their cushy way of life. The communist democratic party and the fascist republican party will exploit their fear to the max for their political gain. They will sing campaign promises of 'vote for me to save your benefit rights' that keep us economically enslaved now. Yes it will be THE real fight.

So this election chose. Chose continued economic slavery, or chose to fight for your God given freedoms. The time to chose is now. Chose freedom.

It's the Constitution stupid! Is that clear enough?

It's the Constitution on which our country was founded. It's the Constitution in which our God given rights and freedoms are enshrined. It's our Constitution which makes us such a great nation. So great that millions will risk whatever they can do to get here. It's our Constitution that defines us as a people. It's our Constitution that drives evil liberal socialist crazy!

It drives the socialist crazy because it really limits their power. This 200+ year old document, based on our founders belief in a book thousands of years old, gives way to much freedom and power to the individual for their all knowing liking. If they are restrained by the Constitution, they cannot 'lead' us to the 'Greatness of Humanity' 'unchained from the shackles of religion'.

The fact that this belief and this Constitution has brought untold wealth, prosperity, liberty and freedom to us and the world is irrelevant. The fact that socialism has failed all over the world with poverty, pain, hunger, slavery, and death is also irrelevant.

They strive to bring Heaven on earth, but only create hell on earth.

We need to focus ourselves back to our God and back to the Constitution of the United States. We need to focus returning our government to the limits of the Constitution, so we can once again enjoy its freedoms and return to our prosperity.

The 2010 elections are almost upon us. This will be where we STOP! the slide into the pits of fascism or outright communism. 2012 will follow soon after and we can turn this tide of evil back for good.

Vote only this fall for Constitution supporting candidates. Vote out the old incumbent blood that has caused this disaster. Let your voices be heard with a resounding shout or prepare to be silent forever.

So the feds and obuma are going to sue the state of Arizona for enforcing federal law on a state level. Maybe it's because Arizona also added more and better civil right protections than federal law? We all know how the federal government hates competition.

How much more plain can this administration make it that they will not enforce federal immigration laws? If they will not enforce our laws that they create, why should we obey any laws that they write? This is a line that they have crossed in their corruption and it's time to tell them to buzz off. I'll say it here and now, you no longer have any force of law that you can use against me. No federal law has any authority over me or the free people of the United States. Your willful failure to treat us all as equal under the law overturns the laws and your authority.

You, Barrak Obama and you, the Congress of the United States, have failed in your most important duty. It is your foremost job to protect the sovereignty of the United States of American and protect its citizens from harm. By not enforcing our border laws you are willfully permitting the invasion by criminals and terrorist into the US. The lives of our fellow citizens lost and their blood spilled is on your hands. The property stolen and the treasury robbed is your fault. You are all not part of the solution, but your corrupt criminal supporting acts are the problem.

Your refusal to enforce the immigration laws until immigration reform passes only shows that you are doing this as a political football. You are holding our lives and property as hostage to your political agenda. This is just plain evil, repulsive, and un-american.

There are now reports that obuma intends to solve this problem by use of a presidential pardon or executive order. Since congress is balking at passing his version of immigration reform he will just make them totally irrelevant. Who needs lawmakers as a rubber stamp when the king obuma can just make a decree?

You, Barrak Obama, your bureaucrats, and the liberal democrats, indeed the whole of congress are ordered to vacate your offices. Your willful acts against the laws of this nation, your oaths of office, and it's citizens make you all unfit to serve. If you are campaigning for office in 2010 you should save your money for your immediate retirement.

This free American taxpayer will no longer obey you and your evil kind. I call on all Free Americans to do the same.

How can our leaders have any claim to legitimacy when they so blatantly refuse to obey and follow the Constitution? When they refuse to fulfill the laws of our nation and publicly condemn those who do, are we morally and legally required to follow them? When they show their disrespect and disdain for the laws of our nation they show that they are not leaders but rulers.

A case in point is the recent brouhaha over the Arizona illegal immigrant law. This law is a mirror of federal law brought down to a local level of enforcement. It even goes farther than federal law in that it makes racial profiling illegal and punishable under the law. Being typical Washington DC politicians, they have voiced strong opposition to the law without having read the bill. Given that the bill is only ten pages long, not thousands like a federal bill, it only proves that these politicians are illiterate. Not content with criticizing the law they invited a corrupt leader, from a failed narco state, to come to Washington DC and lecture us from the podium in the capitol building. The head of ICE has publicly stated that his agency, the one charged with enforcing immigration laws, may not deport any illegals that are caught by Arizona law enforcement officials.

Then there is the second amendment issue. Obuma has stated that he is not going to take our guns away. That is the truth, sort of. It's the U.N. that going to do that under the small arms treaty that Hillary signed on behalf of the United States. Once the advise and consent requirement is passed by the US Senate, obuma can can say it's not him taking our rights away, but the UN requirements. The fact that as president he ordered and authorized Hillary to sign it is irrelevant.

The most recent scandal of our ruling class is the attempt by this administration to buy off political opponents with offers of cushy federal jobs. At least two candidates for high office were offered jobs to resign from a race so that the administration favored candidates would win the primary and hopefully be re-elected. This, of coarse violates the law regarding interfering with an election. Given the mood of the public regarding incumbents, this kind corruption will only backfire and may rise to the level of an impeachable event.

Lastly there is the fine example put up by the ruling class on not paying their taxes. It never ceases to amaze me how many government officials are caught not paying their fair share. You know about that fair share thing. The one that if we don't pay we go to jail. These millionaires get off with a small fine and they have to pay the back taxes. They then go back to business as usual. We the little folk of coarse get a chance to live off the government dole in Leavenworth prison for the same offense. So much for equal protection under the law.

The willful failure of our leaders to obey and follow the Constitution is why our nation is in so much danger, both from within and without. Protecting the lives and property of American citizens is the first and foremost duty of the government. Signing away our personal inalienable rights is not something that either the congress or the president has the right or authority to do. Trying to do an end run around the Constitution to do that is just plain TREASON!

It is time, Mr. and Mrs. America, to change how this game is played. If your elected official won't obey the Constitution, then it's time to demand that they depart. If they will not go peacefully then we must drag them out kicking and screaming. If they want to be our leaders then they must lead by example and obey the Constitution of the United Stated and our laws. All unconstitutional laws must be repealed and the government returned to it's constitutional limits. Treaties that violate our personal inalienable right must be declared null and void.

When we go to the polls this year we need to drive out those who have shown their scorn for the Constitution regardless of their party affiliation. We need to reject party loyalty and give our loyalty to those who support and obey the Constitution of the United States of America. This is the path back to a strong and free America.

Why should we obey federal laws?

If the federal government refuses to enforce the federal immigration laws, why should ANY federal laws be obeyed? What is the point of having any laws if they are ignored or selectively enforced at the governments whim? If the laws of our land are indeed selectively enforced doesn't that violate our most sacred legal precept, Equal Protection under the Law?

Obuma and his administration have repeatedly refused to enforce our immigration laws which resulted in Arizona coming up with their new law, which mirrors federal law. When it comes to equal protection it even goes farther in protecting against racial profiling, the most common complaint from the liberal left. Obuma has ordered his Justice Department to conduct a review as to the constitutionality of the new law. When questioned about it by Congressman Ted Poe, R-TX, Attorney General Holder admitted that he did not know what the bill said as he had not read it. This is an all to common thing with DC politicians and bureaucrats. High ICE officials in the obuma administration are now saying that they may not process any of the illegal criminals that are brought in by the local Arizona Police. If ICE is not going to enforce the law when these criminal are just handed to them, What's the point?

The President now wants to know what went wrong on the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. He has appointed a commission to see if we need new laws or were our laws just not enforced. I would speculate that the laws were not enforced as that seems to be the modus operendi of the government regulators. That is unless the blowout was just an accident due to an unexpected and uncontrollable release of methane hydrate. It should also be pointed that the lead agency for enforcing these laws, The United States Coast Guard, has seen its budget cut and may lose 3000 jobs this year alone. The point is what good will any new laws be if the government, regardless of which party is in charge, just ignores them at their whim?

Now I see some communities are issuing 'ID Cards' to any and all who wants one no questions asked. A community organizer on Fox News 'Maria Jurga' stated that it was to show solidarity with the illegal community. She and others like her are encouraging her fellow citizens to get these cards too to support the illegal community. I have spoken on this before about those who support the illegal community. These folks are criminals before and after the fact. These supporters are now a whole lot easier to identify. They now have their own community ID card. All that needs to be done is get a warrant and seize their computer data base and pick them up.

By the time this is posted to my blog I will have contacted my three congressional critters from Texas. I will demand to know why I should obey any federal laws. I have already made out my w-4 to the max allowed by law. You should do this too. Come next April 15th I will have to pay some instead of giving them an interest free loan. Knowing the way that things are going down the tubes we might not get the excess back. I am not going to obey healthcare reform, cap and tax, or give up my God or guns. I will demand that they grant me amnesty instead.

It's time to stop following their rules. Its time to make our own rules.

Is there really a difference?

Is there really a difference between the democratic party and the republican party anymore? It gets harder to tell every day. The GOP seems to move closer to the left of just folds under democrats criticism a little more each day.

The other senator from Arizona, Jon Kyl, was on face the nation the other day talking about obuma's latest pick for the Supreme Court of the US, Elena Kagan. During this interview he showed that he really had very little information on her background and core far left liberal beliefs. As usual he came off to me a an unknowing politician from washington dc. He ended the interview by stating that a filibuster was off the table. Folks we can now concede that this nominee will get voted in as the most powerful way of stopping her has been withdrawn. All the democrats had to do during the Bush years was say that they were filibustering something and it was all over. It didn't matter if it was a bill or a judicial nomination being considered it was gone. You would think that by now the republicans in congress would show a little spine but you would be mistaken.

Here in Texas the Trans Texas Corridor has been resurrected from the dead again. Governor Rick Perry has said that he will wait and see if its going to be funded by the federal government. If it is then he will have to ok it as it's mandated to spend the funds by law. SO he really doesn't want to do this but if the feds say he must he will. Where have I recently been hearing something similar to this? It had to do with something about a threat to one of our inalienable rights. I remember now! Obuma stated that he wasn't going to overturn the second amendment and take our guns away. Instead the UN is going to do that! Billary just signed the treaty on small arms and now it goes senate for their required advise and consent. Since the treaty bans civilian small arms the government will be required to confiscate them, all in the name of UN compliance, not US law or obuma's desire to ban guns in the hands of citizens. Based on the republicans history do you really think that they will stand up for this fight?

The senate has been working on a new bill for regulating wall street. Harry Reid attempted a vote to close debate and it was voted down. After the usual back room, behind the scenes arm twisting it was brought to a vote again and this time it passed without any new amendments. How was this done you might ask? Scott Brown, (R-Mass) changed his vote. I'm sure we will soon learn just what his quid pro quo was.

Then there is the Arizona law on illegal immigration. A few, no maybe a couple, ok one republican grilled Attorney General Holder on the threat that he made of taking Arizona to court over this bill. When asked Holder stated that he had not read the 18 page bill, so he wasn't sure what was in it. First of all why is reading a bill relevant? That is just not the way things are done in washington dc, but I digress. Has the GOP called for his firing? I think not. Will they? I think not.

If after all the outrage against incumbents and this leap off the cliff into socialism I can only conclude that the GOP is for it in the long run or they would at least try to put a stop to it. Folks, they are not even trying to fake it any more. I'm not even going to call them the lesser of two evils anymore.

Voting for either party based on what party they are is just voting for evil. Both parties just want the power over every aspect of our daily lives and will say and do whatever they must to accomplish these ends. One party is just trying to do it faster than the other party. As a Friend of mine puts it on his blog,'The Only Way To Deal With An Unfree World Is To Become So Absolutely Free That Your Very Existence Is An Act Of Rebellion!'. I will only vote for and support politicians that support my core beliefs. Those are God, A strong FREE and safe America, and liberty and the rights of its citizens to be free of government nanny state intrusion. I WILL hold any and all politicians feet to the fire for violating my beliefs and my God given inalienable right.

Let the boycotts begin!

The socialist fringe of the liberal democratic party are calling for a boycott of all things Arizona. This is because Arizona had the audacity to make a law enforcing federal immigration law by making it a state law that can be enforced by local police. It also makes it illegal for cities to be 'sanctuary cities'. I say lets boycott all things that are supporting the criminal activity of illegal immigration! When you do this make sure you call it what it is 'willful support of criminal activity'.

This is exactly what it is, criminal support of criminal activity. Both before and after the fact. By agitating for these 'rights' to be here in the Unites States without permission, the criminal element encourages their fellow criminals to illegally enter the US.

One way that they do this is by using the lie that these are 'honest hard working migrants filling jobs that americans don't want to do'. The real truth about this is that americans won't do these jobs for the wages that are being paid. These illegal immigrants are willing to be paid less and be paid off the books. This deprives honest hard working americans a decent wage and robs the treasury of income, social security, and medicare taxes. Employers who hire these criminals become criminals themselves in the process. The hiring of these criminals also is proven wrong on the rare attempts at immigration enforcement. Just look back at the long lines of legal workers who flooded the Perdue chicken processing plant and the Shipley's donut shops. Thousands lined up for a few hundred well paying LEGAL jobs. This has been seen all over the country. In reality the illegals provide cheap labor and keep wages artificially low.

These folks also don't buy insurance for their health or their vehicles. When they get sick they can't go to a doctor where they have to pay cash up front. Instead the flood our emergency rooms and hospitals. They then leave without paying their bills and without any intention of doing so. They are safe now from deportation due to their anchor baby that they have here too. We won't even talk about the social services that they now qualify for with these anchor babies. This has led to the closure of hospitals with the loss of jobs to RN's, Doctors and support staff. This of coarse leads to more loss to our treasury in taxes and increased cost for unemployment insurance. Our insurance rates also rise to cover these losses in medical insurance and auto insurance.

Then of coarse there are those who commit crimes beyond the crime of entering the US illegally. These violent folks fill our jail cells for the crimes like, robbery, burglary, rape, assault, importing and selling drugs, and murder. The blood spilled from these crimes and the loss of life and property need to be placed squarely on the heads and hands of those who aid and abet, or support illegal immigration.

The corruption of those who support these criminals aliens infects all areas of our society. It doesn't matter if it's corrupt employers who hire them. The corrupt politicians who refuse to protect our borders, enforce our laws and the Constitution. The corrupt citizens who hide and care for them. Or, the corrupt governments that use our porous as an escape valve so they don't have to fix their problems at home. All of them are morally, ethically responsible for the criminal acts committed by these illegal invaders.

This corruption is why Arizona passed it's recent law. Now corrupt groups, politicians, employers, and others are calling for a boycott of all things Arizona. If you support these un-american activities, then go ahead and boycott to your evil hearts content. If, on the other hand, you support law and order, and the American way of life, then lets boycott those corrupt organizations who support this criminal activity. Make sure you tell them that you are doing this and why. Let them know loud and clear that this is a crime and that they are criminals. Let your political representatives know know that you will not be voting for them due to their corruption, and their refusal to uphold our Constitution and laws. Ask the corrupt politicians why we should obey any of the laws that they pass if they only selectively enforce our laws?

If they are not going to uphold their oaths of office, or listen to us, the electorate, why should we listen to them and obey their laws? Is that right and just that we should? It's right that we should be demand amnesty too, right?

Vote Them Out!

Is the 2010 election about electing republicans over democrats, or should we do something more important and substantial?

Many think we should vote out the democrats and only vote for republicans. Will that really change things? Was this problem really caused by just the democrats? OH HECK NO! Both parties are responsible for this mess. The democrats only accelerated this fall of our country.

Both parties need to be sent a message of who is really in charge. Both parties need to go and we need to flex real muscle. Lets throw out ALL INCUMBENTS! Let both parties know that they work for us. Let them know we can and will get rid of them one way or another. They all must pay the price of thier treason for not listening to us.

The democrats know that their days as a clear majority are numbered. Many are retiring ahead of the coming election. This will let them nominate a candidate to tell the electorate what they want to hear. They will push hard in the meantime to get their agenda through. Look ahead for cap and trade again, immigration reform, ratifying UN treaties like LOST and children's rights, Obama's new arms treaty, and possibly a value added tax in addition to our regular income tax to raise revenue to pay for all of this.

The Republicans still don't have the REAL conservative religion yet. Those in congress now are just pandering to the masses for re-election. Most of them are in favor of some type of health care reform, immigration reform, and other things that we don't need or want. They just don't want it as fast or as far as the democrats. Lets not forget it was the republicans, led by John McCain, that gave us the recently overturned McCain-Fiengold act, otherwise known as the incumbent protection act. It should be remembered that at one time the GOP was in charge as the majority. Did they shrink the size of our government, or was the 'contract with America' a failure in the end? Did the lame attempt to reform fannie mae or freddie mac work? Does anyone think that they will win enough seats to overturn these unconstitutional and treasonous acts? Do you think that they will have enough votes to override a presidential veto? Even the republican leadership is backing off their promise to kill the health care bill. Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) , Senate candidates Mark Kirk of Illinois, Rep. Mike Castle, (R-Del.) have also backed off their repeal the bill stance.

Is the GOP really backing or putting forth real conservative candidates? I recently saw the darling of the latest conservative movement, Sarah Palin, publicly endorsing Senator John McCain! GET REAL! The leadership of the GOP is still partying like its 1999 at the nudity bars. Some party members are calling for GOP leader Steele to resign and he is playing the race card! Here in Texas we are having a runoff between Rick Perry and Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Both are expert career politicians, not real conservative by any stretch of the imagination.

Its time for a real change that this country can live with. The change needs to be in our attitude about career politicians. This primary season vote against ALL INCUMBENTS in a voice that cannot be ignored. Nothing says that 'We the People' are in charge like telling a politician 'Your Fired' and tossing them out of office. Come this november election vote against ALL remaining incumbents. If we do this the GOP leadership and the conservative movement will be changed for real. We will be able to force them to give us real conservative, Constitution supporting, candidates. We then can force a repeal of these laws, secure our borders, reform our taxes, and make America a strong world leader again.

We can of course just vote for the lesser of two evils again. Some will say that that voting against republican incumbents just plays into the democrats hand. Truthfully that is just voting for evil and you get what you sow, just maybe at a slower level. How was that working out before the last election? Will voting for the lesser of two evils really change what is happening in Washington DC? In a word, NO! Vote of a third party CONSERVATIVE candidate if one is available. If there is not one just withhold your vote or, write in your vote for a conservative that you respect in your district.

Remember nothing says ' We don't love your anymore' like voting them out of office.

Lets just call it what it really is, TREASON.

Treason, noun:
1. The offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign.
2. A violation of allegiance to ones sovereign or to ones state.
3. The betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.

Lets talk about the first one. The marxist Obama and the democrats openly talk about transforming our country. They are taking us from a free capitalist society to a socialist society. We have gone from where private industry supplies what we want and can afford to where the government has taken over private industry to give us what it thinks we should have. They are placing our sovereignty in jeopardy through massive amounts of debt by taking loans out to foreign countries. They tie us up with treaties that limit our rights and trade. They are instituting expansive government growth programs that the people that they 'represent' don't want by an overwhelming majority. Constitutional protections are being ignored and or swept aside.

All of these folks took an oath of allegiance to support, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Members of BOTH parties regularly violate this oath. BOTH parties have refuses to take decisive action to stop the flow of illegal entry across out borders. Just recently a rancher in Arizona was killed on his ranch by border-crossers who were trailed back across the border back into Mexico. The governors of the border states have called for troops to be deployed there to stop the inflow. To date nothing has happened.

Despite the overwhelming objections of law abiding AMERICANS, they have made repeated attempts at a new amnesty and are planning to try again. This violates the laws of our nation by rewarding law breaking. Why should anyone obey the law if we could just demand and get the 'cure' of amnesty? This has been done before. It didn't work then and it will not now. We now have an even larger group of illegal law breakers demanding their 'fair share' of the American dream just for being here. With democrats hell bent on being re-elected with the vote of these new citizens, and republicans pandering you can bet the new amnesty bill will be passed with bipartisan support. All of this violates their allegiance to this country and the laws of our land.

It is the arrogance of BOTH parties that is the worse treason. The peoples trust, faith , and confidence in Congress, the President, and the Courts are at an all time low. Just take a look at their abysmal poll numbers. BOTH parties have refused to listen to the clear loud voice of the people when we tell them NO! The courts regularly refuse to hear our pleas. They say the citizens have no standing to challenge these laws or question the legitimacy of the President. Every where the people turn they are obstructed from relief of this oppression. Our country is drowning in debt to countries that hate us. Foreign invaders willfully violate our laws that we dutifully obey. These illegal aliens kill, rob, and hurt our citizens. Some have a clear intent to destroy this country. If we are to become free again this must be changed.

If we get to an election in 2010 we must throw out ALL! incumbents. Neither party must be spared. This point at which we find our beloved country has been a long time in building. Both parties have participated in violating the Constitution for their personnal gain and re-election. The only thing either party fears is not being re-elected. Given the rage in the electorate one can only wonder, how these bills are getting passed? The simple answer is that once these bills are passed they know that they will never be repealed. The probability of the republicans getting a large enough majority to override a veto is zero going down to the point of infinity. The GOP is in itself in favor of health care reform, amnesty, and expanding the governments rule, just not as fast as the democrats currently are. Many of them voted for bills like amnesty, health care, and the stimulus package in the past. Lets not even talk about pork barrel spending.

The latest bill ruled unconstitutional was the McCain-Feingold bill, otherwise known as the incumbent protection act. The courts ruled that it did violate our rights to free political speech. The President was so enraged by this he called out the Supreme Court during his State of the Union Address. He even lied as to the impact of the bill being overturned as to foreigners contributing to political parties. This is just one example ot treasonous laws limiting our rights to free speech.

These treasonous acts continue to interfere with our daily lives. Our INALIENABLE RIGHTS to speak out against unjust acts and corruption of our rulers are denied. Our hard earned monies are taxed away and given to those who didn't earn it. Our currency is devalued due to government actions. Our freedom to worship and honor GOD as we please without the government censoring it from the pulpit is under continued attack. Their treasonous reach even goes into our homes telling us how we can light them. Soon they may even reach into my garden if I don't submit a plan and request permission from the government.

This government of ours, by the people, for the people, and of the people has died at the hands of these professional politicians. It is up to us, the people, to decide if we will let this stand. Only we the people can take back OUR country from the hands of these vile and treasonous folks. Today is that day! Will you stand up to restore this country or will you kneel down before those who have committed treason against the Constitution of the United States of America?

I will be active against ALL incumbents regardless of party. They are all responsible for the situation this country is in. I will not obey these unconstitutional laws. I will not be silent. I will not give up. I will not submit to treasonous people or their acts.

I pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor in restoring the United States of America. Will you join me and do the same?

Is it time to declare a moritorium on government?

Do we really need a government that just doesn't listen to us? Is it time to say NO! to new laws, rules, taxes and fees? Where does it say congress must meet all the time? Would we be better off if we shut it down for a year?

Congress really only needs to pass a annual budget. They really don't do much else worth a hoot. The Texas legislature only meets every two years. It gives us a break from new laws and taxes for a while.

Does Walmart and others promote declining values?

Does Walmart and other retailers support the destruction of American values through their lack of willingness to stop shoplifting? How much is their lack of enforcement costing you and me? The answer appears to be YES and its costing us BILLIONS. Last year Walmart reported that they had lost 3 billion due to theft of products. That's just at Walmart. Most retailers reported losses in the same range for their market share. Given the poor economy I would expect this years losses to be much higher.

How is this happening? Two reasons: 1, Once a shoplifter makes it outside they are safe from store employees trying to detain them. 2, When was the last time they asked you for an ID when making a credit card purchase?

Just a few weeks ago I watched the door alarm go off and the criminal just kept on walking. All the door greeter did was say 'miss, come back'. All she did was flip me off when I shouted 'hey shoplifter come back'. She just kept on walking and the greeter just went back to checking bags of the compliant sheeple. Some retailers have even fired employees who have taken action to stop thieves. I read about one who only went out and got the thief's license plate to give to the police. Why would anyone risk their ability to feed their family for these companies? You and I are also paying the price when the thieves just walk out in higher prices to cover the losses, sales taxes lost and thieves embolden to continue their evil ways.

A couple of weeks ago, while vacationing in Hawaii, I was shocked when asked to produce an ID while making a credit card purchase from a small vendor. This was the first time that I had been asked for ID in a long time. I latter had to do it again at a t-shirt store! What's up with these small stores? Walmart, Target, and Home Depot in Hawaii never hassled me. Could it be that these small stores were tired of the credit card companies charging them back for this bad stolen debt and they are losing to much money? Nah, must be some other racist reason.

This is the promotion of corruption and is a crime against You and me. It cost us in our freedoms. It cost us in tax losses not paid. It cost us in the deterioration of our values and the honest American Way of Life. I say we could reverse this policy by removing the ability of these stores and banks to write off the losses on their corporate taxes. Nothing changes minds quicker than money.

So the Tea Party had a convention.

So the Tea Party had a small convention, or at least one faction did and it finally made the lamestream news stations. I don't think the establishment is taking us for granted anymore. I even see the GOP trying to take us over.

Sarah Palin was the keynote speaker on saturday. I wasn't there so I only got some reports on what she said. I'm sure it was that the tea party members wanted to hear. She is now on the primary campaign trail supporting John McCain in Arizona and Governor Rick Perry in Texas for their re-election bids. You got to love these politicians. Give them a little time and they will slip up. This is why ALL politicians need to be watched like hawks.

John McCain was the last election loser that was so thoroughly rejected by the american conservative electorate for being a left lite RINO. His McCain-Fiengold act outrage was just correctly overturned by the US Supreme Court. Rick Perry tried one of the biggest land grabs in Texas history with the Trans-Texas Corridor project. That would be the huge toll road to be built and operated by a foreign company until the outraged electorate changed his mind. This politician is really quite good and flopping with the political winds.

Some called for the Tea Party movement to form a PAC to support the GOP in electing conservative politicians. Why would we limit ourselves to the GOP? Isn't that what got us here in the first place, blind trust in the GOP? As we proved in the recent election of Scott Brown we can get anyone elected, even in the deep liberal yankee north. If we form a PAC we should support ALL candidates regardless of political affiliation. I for one refuse to be the lapdog of any political party, even the Constitution Party, of which I am an active dues paying member. We should support and vett ALL candidates that meet our beliefs, goals and objectives. Nothing would bring GOP politicians to heel like knowing that we would go outside the GOP to replace them as needed.

The other option is to form our own political party. As long as we can and WILL enforce party discipline I have no real problem with that either. The best way to ensure the politicians toe our line is to have them in our party where we can throw them out if they betray us like so many Republicans have. It would be a requirement to obey our platform or be kicked out of our party and caucus.

I know, I know many have said its to hard to start a party and that it would split the GOP ensuring a democrat win. I say hogwash. It would be a repeat of the history that the GOP would hate to see repeated, as it's their history. In 1854 the republican party was formed by dissatisfied members of the mainstream Whig party. In 1860 the republicans elected their first leader to the presidency, Abraham Lincoln. This was without the benefit of TV, Radio, air travel for campaigning, and Al Gore had yet to invent the internet. The mass means were the telegraph, newspapers, and the iron horse of the rail road. Lincoln didn't even campaign and he wasn't on the ballot in the south. Don't say it can't be done and done quickly.

We need to stop being polite too. Stop letting the GOP take ALL the blame for this depression. It was barney frank and chris dodd that blocked even the lame GOP attempts to reform fannie mae and freddie mac. They swore on a stack of bibles that all was fine and rosey with those institutions that had them in their pockets.

The local Tea Parties need to resist any attempts at a GOP takeover. We need to find local politicians that we can vett and send to the other Tea Parties to help with support. We need to make an example of those who misuse this trust.

Lets Roll!

Well there is no doubt that the Tea Parties are indeed a force in American politics. The democrats called it a fluke when they lost the governorships in New Jersey and Virginia. The loss at Massachusetts flipped them on their collective ears. So what do we do now? I say lets roll on even harder while we have the momentum. Now is not the time to rest on our laurels and wait and see what Sarah Palin and Scott Brown do now.

We need to be very watchful of our gains as we are now in a very dangerous time. The beast in Washington DC is awake and wounded by this ground swell of the people saying NO! It is not something that they are accustomed to hearing. The ruling elite of both parties are seeing a real threat to their base. We still have to push for the candidates that we want in 2010 by the march 2nd primaries. That is a real short time to work on replacing ALL the incumbents that are up for re-election. We also must watch those politicians that claim to support us.

Sarah Palin claims to be a rogue outsider of the GOP. She decided not to go to GOPAC this year but instead will be a keynote speaker at the Tea Party Convention this year. One big atta boy for that! She then comes out and endorses Rick Perry for governor of Texas! One big aw s#!+ for that. Rick Perry IS a politician. His speciality is seeing which way the wind is blowing and going with it. If we could harness the power in his flip flops we could do without a whole lot of wind farms. This is the guy who brought us the Trans-Texas corridor, to be built and toll operated by a spanish contractor, until public outrage killed it. Now he was against it all along. Note to Sarah, we are going against all incumbents. You might consider Debra Medina for your endorsement as she is a maverick like you and not an incumbent from Texas or Washington DC.

Scott Brown owes his seat directly to the effort of Tea Parties all across this nation. They really pulled it together to help him win. Who was the recipient of his first endorsement? John McCain! Are you kidding me? This is the RINO loser who lost to Obama. This is the guy who brought us McCain-Feingold act. Just recently Mr. Brown told the GOP leadership that he would not necessarily follow their leadership. Note to the Tea Parties, this guy is a moderate at best. He needs to be watched like a hawk over the next couple of months.

Obama has proven to be the Tea Parties Best friend. At the State of the Union address he made it clear that it's full speed ahead. Health care, Cap and Trade, Immigration reform are still alive and will be pushed by the democrats for all that they are worth. The biggest crack that we can exploit was Obama's diss to the Supreme Court. With issues like his birth certificate and the constitutionality of these bills it is unwise to piss off those who will decide on them.

We need to keep up if not increase the pressure against the beast of Washington DC. Lets start considering some national strikes. Push the states on nullification legislation. Change your withholding to limit the taxes going in to feed the beast. Support new and fresh candidates for office. We want to un-elect ALL incumbents. Lastly we need to consider becoming a full political party and a force to be reckoned with.

Under what authority does the pay czar, Kenneth Feinberg, have to tell a private company how much compensation it's employees can receive? Where in the Constitution of the United States of America does this authority exist? When did Congress pass a law giving anyone in the administration this authority?

It is time to wake up folks and smell the burning coffee pot. This act is one of many that must be stopped and overthrown. It can not be allowed to go forward. If this is allowed under the guise of 'we bailed them out so we have the right' we allow it to further expand to everyone. Once a government rule starts it only grows until it covers everyone. That means YOU! Some bureaucrat will soon be telling you how much you can make. Is your job green enough? You might get a raise. Does you company support a favored political class? You might get a raise, just remember to contribute most if not all of it to the favored political class or you might end up with a full pay cut.

This headlong ride into socialism must stop NOW! It is past time to revolt against this overthrow of the United States. This coup must be overthrown by ALL means and its authors tried, convicted for treason, and fully dealt with.

I have never seen a more despicable act by a president then I saw yesterday. I'm talking about barrak hussein obama's remark about the terrorist attack at Fort Hood on unarmed soldiers and civilians. When channel 2 tuned in bho was halfway through his prepared remarks after a department of the interior conference. I saw this yahoo shout out and wave a greeting to a friend before he finished the remarks off his teleprompter. When this disgrace was done he then said a few kind things about our fallen and wounded soldiers. I see today that he is going to visit Walter Reed Hospital, not the injured in Fort Hood.

Can you imagine GWB finishing a conference and closing remarks, giving a glad hand to Karl Rove, before remarking about the fall of the World Trade towers? Can you imagine GWB not going to the site of the tragedy , but instead going to some downtown with tall buildings, way away from the site to give remarks? Of course not! As much as I dislike GWB for his dismantling of the Constitution He would NEVER do anything so despicable.

Lets start starving the beast.

Here's a couple of ideas to help starve the beast of a government that we have.

As soon as possible change your deductions on your W-4 to the max ALLOWED BY LAW! This will stop the interest free loan that most folks give the government every year when they get money back as a refund for over paying their taxes. On April 15th 2010 you will owe, which is how it should be. If you are getting a refund file as soon as possible. Your not getting any interest and the government may not give it back if they don't want to. Just ask any Californian what happened to their tax refunds last year. When you owe don't pay any sooner than april 14th.

Start withdrawing any EXCESS funds from your savings and turn it into silver or gold American Eagles and hide them somewhere safe, but not in a bank safe deposit box. If the bank closes the door is locked and you can't get your funds until the government examiners look through the banks assets including the vault. You just may find your box empty. Remember to keep your mouth shut that you keep silver or gold around. Should you need it you can go to the bank and convert it back to greenbacks. This will reduce the funds available for the banks to waste.

Time to say NO!

It's time to change the tune of this song. It's time to say NO! to politicians at all levels and those who support them. No more will we pay your taxes. No more will we buy the products or use the services of those who support you. No more will we obey your laws. No more will we convict people for doing this either.

You do not listen to us when we say we don't want these laws and tax bills so we no longer listen to you. We will not assist you in anyway shape or form. We are on strike against the government and those who willingly aid and abet in the destruction of the Constitution of the United States and our American way of life.

Now is the time to stop calling congress about bills we don't like. It's a waste of air and internet time. Tell your congressional rep that they are fired and that you will be ignoring their laws. They can try to enforce them at their own peril. Tell them that they have yet to pass a law that meets the muster of the Constitution. Since the laws don't meet the Constitution's limits or requirements they are not laws that you or I will obey. When Pelosi, Reid, and others scoff at us ON CAMERA! when asked if the laws are constitutional we have all the information we need to make a right decision.

Our state and local politicians are no better. Every day more and more restrictions are placed on our liberties. Sure they use good excuses but the truth is it's really about income for the government and control. We do not want or need a nanny that the government wants to put on us from the time we get up until the time we go to bed.

They all took an OATH to protect, defend and OBEY the Constitution of the United States of America and to the states that they serve. If they will not obey the Supreme Law of the Land why should we obey them?

I say NO! You should too or get used to saying 'yes master' to these evil people.

Vote 2010

The 2010 election season is now upon us and the question is will this be the last time we get to do that ever. Will America survive, or will we fall into a socialist marxist mire and die as a free country. The answer will depend on your vote. Will you vote as a free person and vote for the best qualified, conservative, God fearing and loving, Constitution supporting candidate? Will you just vote for someone with an 'R' next to their name and hope for the best?

Now is the time to vote with your conscious and loose the fear that makes you vote for the lessor of two evils. This willingness to vote for the lessor of two evils is what got us here. The lessor of two evils vote got us McCain as our choice for president. Now is the time to stand up and be counted before God and Country. You must vote only for those who are true to what they say they will do. Those who have proven themselves to only be the lessor of two evils must not be voted for. Vote for someone else or vote for no one if there is no satisfactory candidate. If all the GOP will offer is a candidate with an 'R' next to his name then they are evil and the GOP should and must lose again.

Any party or candidate that will not listen and obey you, the folks that they represent, is not worth your vote or respect. Any party that can not or will not hold it's elected members to it's written platform is not a party that you want to be supporting. If this is your party then turn away from it and let it fall.

This Nation is in trouble because we have turned from our roots. This Nation has rejected wisdom of the Bible, our God, and the Constitution. We must return to what worked and made us great, or fall into the dustbin of history. As for me I stand with that which made us free and the greatest nation on earth. God and the Constitution of the United States. Millions of people over the years since this country was founded came here for a better life. That is what America was founded on. Now millions come here to get what they can for free.

Have the liberals finally brought us to this point? Will it take a new war of independence to throw off the shackles of this arrogant marxist regime? Must America fall into civil war to preserve what little of it that remains? Can nothing stop the liberal onslaught on our lives, liberties, and freedoms? It really looks like the options are really winding down to only one. Good men and women must stand up to turn back the tide or let America fall along with the Constitution of the United States.

Just last saturday a million and a half americans went to Washington DC to protest this socialist takeover of America. Did you see any if it? Then you must have been watching the Fox Network or have been on the internet. In what was the largest protest in the history of our nation, nothing of good value was said on the network news. One network said it was a few thousand, another said maybe 60-70 thousand. News agencies outside the United States put the march in the two million range. Our leaders said very little. The presidents press secretary shrugged his shoulders and said he knew nothing about the event happening. President obama apparently saw nothing when he flew over on his way to an event out of Washington DC.

The left was so bad they brought out jimmy carter to call us all racist since we oppose the president. You know it's pissing the liberals off when they play the race card. You also know that's the only card that they have left in the deck. They just can't get the message that America is saying NO! to them. After all they won the election. That has to be mandate right? The truth is that they didn't win the election so much as the lame gop lost it. That is something which is still lost on the leadership of the republican party.

The majority of Americans STILL want a conservative, limited, and responsible government. That is not what the leftist socialist democrats or the middle of the road republicans are. All of this disgust has led up to protest not seen since the 60's. The biggest difference so far between then and now has been the level of violence. With millions of honest Americans being vilified, slandered, demeaned, and ignored our 'leaders' are bringing us to the brink. They ignore that we are not a democracy but a republic and they need to represent US as that's what we elected them to do.

America must return to our roots if it is going to survive as a free nation. The government must be returned to a constitutional form as laid out in the Constitution of the United States. Our leaders must obey the Constitution and hold to their oaths of office. It is time for good men and women to say NO! you will turn back. A temporary spine

Wow! did you see Representative Joe Wilson grow a spine on tv last night? I hope you did because it didn't last. By morning he was calling the white house and apologizing to the president for calling the liar a liar. The president said that his health care plan didn't cover illegal immigrants. Technically that's true, however when the republicans, led by Joe Wilson, tried to put that language into the bill the democrats removed it. Since there is no provision to require proof of citizenship prior to coverage, you can expect that the regulations will contain a provision prohibiting checking of citizenship. That's the way the communist in charge now work. They say one thing and do the other once the bill passes. They still think that the public hasn't caught onto this tactic

The republicans are trying to stay in the middle of the road. They hope with this strategy that they will regain power in 2010. The problem is they are still not listening to the voters. The American public doesn't believe the president or congress. The republicans had a chance to back Joe and show the public some spine. That chance was shot down in flames by morning. All third parties need to bring this right to the public's face.

The public is tired of washington. We are tired of hearing one thing and then the government doing another. I am tired of hearing our congressional reps state that they don't know what a bill does or doesn't allow or prohibit. We the People of America are not as ignorant as they think. We are awake to their tricks. This next election cycle, if we get to it, will be a blood bath for incumbents. 57 % of voters think congress should be replaced in its entirety. More lies by the democrats and no spine from the GOP will ensure that this will reach 80% by November fourth 2010.

Now is the time for americans and third parties to stand up for the Constitution. We must return our path to the restrictions on government that the Constitution imposes. We must find candidates that will support and obey the Constitution. The only hope for real change for the better is to change out all of the rouges in washington and restore the Constitution of the United States to its proper place in our hearts, lives and government.

The three biggest issues to take total control

All of this comes back to the Constitution and how its been trashed. There are three things happening now or in the near term that will completely enslave us and only a civil war may restore our Republic and the Constitution. If we want to avoid this we need to get off out butts and united to RESTORE THE CONSTITUTION.

Food - The NAIS laws and the new agriculture regulations that are coming into effect will control what we eat. These regulations give total unconstitutional control to the government. This is all in the name of food safety. You and I will not even be able to grow gardens or raise a few chickens on the side. We will need to register with the government, provide a plan of what we intend to grow, set up setbacks to prevent contamination of our gardens, give the government unlimited rights to inspect our property and books, ect. It will be impossible to comply and the fines for non-compliance are astronomical. These laws and rules are already in effect. Some will say that the NAIS law is voluntary. So is paying income taxes. You volunteer at the point of the governments gun. This is the most dangerous law to me. Folks will put up with a lot as long as their bellies are full. Hungry people are the most dangerous. Starving folks will follow anyone who promises them food.

Cap and Trade - Control of our energy by its means of production and its uses. This one has already been approved in the House of UN-representatives. It is also on the fast track in the senate. The nuclear option has been threatened in that should the senates version be approved the two bills will just be combined by a simple majority vote and sent to obuma for signature without a reconciliation bill be put forth for a vote. This is all under the name of saving the planet from global warming or climate change as its called now. Never mind that warming and cooling has been around since the planet came into existence and the science has been proven to be junk. This is really all about controlling our means of production and its uses through controlling the energy we need to survive and to thrive.

Health care reform - Lastly control of whether we get to live or die. The right to control our health treatment and say what we get treated for and how is just outright total communism. The state will totally take over our health care and say what they will and won't pay for. Are you too young of too old to produce for the state? Tier two for you. Are you right in the middle, well tier one for you. There will be no other options for you to use. Your keeping your own health insurance is a lie. As soon as your private insurance makes ANY changes to your policy you must take the public option. Also private insurance will never be able to compete with the public trough. Private doctors and hospitals will close under the burden of government regulations and mandates. They are already doing it now.

Their total control will be complete once these three things are done, and so will we. There is really only one thing that stands in the way. The Constitution of the United States and it limitations. We have been taken down one piece of legislation at a time. We can not restore ourselves that slowly as time is now to short. We must demand ALL UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws be rescinded and the lawmakers that made them FIRED.

Its time to take the protest to the next level and make our representatives listen to us, WE THE PEOPLE! Let the national strikes begin! Catch the Constitution Flu. Spend those ‘sick’ days away from work and making purchases. Starve the beast of our income taxes and sales taxes. Let your ‘elected representatives know on the phone and by e-mail that you have had enough of them not listening. Let them know that passing socialist bills in congress without reading what they are signing is not acceptable. Stand on the street corners with a Constitution Flu sign and show the public and the press that you have had enough. Let the press know that their support of the socialist take over of America is over! Visit small business and request they close in support. Explain how they are being put out of business by these UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws.

What is the issue that we all can rally around? Is it healthcare? Guns? Taxes? Spending? The IRS? Corrupt politicians? etc, etc, etc. Folks, how can we become a force to be reckoned with if we are all over the map on the issues? Please remember that these folks in washington have very short attention spans. If you can't get to the point and/or you don't have a pocket full of cash they won't hear you. These elected officials can not even read the bills that they are passing.

How about this, The Constitution of the United States! Lets rally around that ignored, abused, tattered, and most important document we have next to the Bible. Lets tell our politicians to stand by and follow the Constitution and its limitations or we will limit them right into jail or worse. This current crop of politicians has led this nation to the brink of failure and they all must go.

If we are lucky we may see a election in 2010. We need to elect new representatives. The entire House of Representatives is up for re-election. They all need to go by their primaries. None of them are fit to return. Many will say that they have voted against these bills that have the public so outraged. So what! The Cap and Trade bill passed the house with a bare majority. If it hadn't been eight RINO's from the GOP it wouldn't have passed at all. Had any of the so called conservatives stood up on their hind legs and filibustered the bill it would not have even come to a vote.

This lack of a spine is why they all must go. As of right now 57% of americans polled think no one should be re-elected. 57%! Lets push to bring this to around 80% by election time! We currently have these politicians to scared to face us at an unrestricted town hall meetings. Lets make them to scared to run in the next election.

Look for, find and support candidates who will support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Don't listen to our current politicians who say that they have gotten the message. We have all heard that lie before. Time is short as the filing deadlines are rapidly approaching. Tell the party that you support that you are leaving until they get someone else to run as you will not vote for an incumbent. Get off the couch and register to vote. Register with a third party so the GOP can see the lose of support.

The left is running scared

The left is really running scared. All it took was one man with a legally carried AR-15 rifle slung on his back. The uproar from the left and the rino center still has me laughing! One honest, civil, clean cut, well dressed, ARMED, American had them quaking in their granola.

This example is what the second amendment is all about. Putting fear in the hearts of evil government officials. This is where the real power lies. It's in the hand of it's citizens with the means and the will to say NO! to them and enforce it. The government has no problems with sending in armed troops to send one kid back to cuba. They have a real problem with one armed citizen in a crowd.

If we really want to return our government to it's Constitutionally required place this is what we need to do. We must arm up and tell these evil politicians it's time for them to go. God gave us free will. Will you let these evil people take it from you? I look at the 29th rally at the state capitols to be the defining turning point. Either they will respect the people and the states rights or we must take them back by ALL means at our immediate disposal.

This is the beautiful thing about video cameras. They can catch democrats live and unscripted! Here is the dis-honorable Sheila Jackson Lee in action. A good friend, Tracy Miller, is attempting to ask her a question about national healthcare. The racist ms. lee couldn't get off the phone to listen to the question! This is why americans are so dissatisfied with all our un-representative representatives.

My friends this is why our march on the capitol is so important on the 29th. Our state must be freed from the grip of this beast. Please go to Gerry's site, www.drawaline.org, and sign the petition for Texas state sovereignty or secession. It's plain that we are not being represented in Washington DC. We need to get our state reps to stand up and say NO! to this kind of conduct from our national reps. If they refuse to recognize our rights under the 10th amendment then we must leave or live under tyranny.

It is time to stand up and be counted. No longer can this type of disrespect be accepted by freedom loving people. The line in the sand has been crossed and these un-representatives must go. The Constitution Flu is more than just a one day event.

It's time to go beyond just a one day event like a tea party or a 'Go Galt' day. Most folks don't know who or what Galt is. I read ATLAS SHRUGGED in high school more years back than I care to remember. I doubt it's on the required reading list now. Everyone can associate with the flu though. Anyone who's had it knows is last a couple of days. With most folks getting the weekends off I'm calling for it on the end of the week or the beginning of the week.

Let the first outbreak be on the 30-31 of July with the weekend to follow. Say at home with your family and friends. Have a BBQ with them and talk about why we must protest to save our country. Call all our un-representative representatives and give them and earful. Plan to be in the street corners for the next outbreak with your Constitution Flu sign and blue surgical masks. That next outbreak will be August 31 and September 1 with the weekend leading up to it. If you are not on the corner go visit the small businesses and explain why they should close down for the flu. Our government always tells folks to stay home if they have the flu so they might as well close down for the next outbreak which will be the labor day weekend on September 7-8. How good is it to have a strike while we celebrate from our labors? Lets reflect how the government takes and wastes our hard earned money. This should do for a good start.

The next weekend is the big march on Washington DC. If you are going there take your flu mask with you. Nothing will drive the officials crazy as a bunch of covered faces. They won't be able to say much as it's a good thing for folks in large groups to cover up to prevent disease transmission. ;-) If you can't make it to DC please be at your state capitol and surround them there.

Take it to the next level

It's time to take it to the next level. Call it the Constitution Flu, my favorite, or Go Galt day its time to start the national strikes. The tea parties were and are still great but they are too easily ignored as they happen mostly on weekends or holidays. Lets shut things down near the middle of the week instead. Contact all your favorite small business and urge them to shut down due to the flu outbreak.

Let July 30-31 be the first outbreak of the Constitution Flu. Spend those days at home not spending any money. Let the yahoo's in congress hear from you all day long. Go to their nearest office an give their staff and earful. Then enjoy a long weekend.

August 31-1 september will be the next outbreak of this growing epidemic. Take it to the street corners with your n95 masks in place and Constitution Flu warning signs. Visit all open business and encourage them to shut down. Again visit your reps offices and give them an earful of flu symptoms.

9/12 is the next big tea party set to take place in washington dc. If you can't make it to DC plan to attend at your states capital. Most state capitals can be reached in a few hours so please plan to attend there and surround the Ba$812d$ in a sea of n95 covered faces. Take the 11th off to plan and travel if need be.

Let Nov 4th be the biggest day yet to call down the usurper! We want millions in the streets! To do this we must build up just like the tea parties did. Spread the word NOW! Start NOW! START BOYCOTTING ALL THE ADVERTISERS OF THE LEFTIST SUPPORTING PRESS! They chose to ignore the tea parties, well lets see them ignore their advertisers leaving due to boycotts.

We have nothing to FEAR but FEAR itself

I've read a lot of reasons here and other places as to why a third and fourth party won't work and so we need to rehab the republican party. I'm reminded of a cliche credited to Albert Einstein 'Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results'. How many times over the last 20-30 years have you heard about our need to reform the GOP? How's that working out? Given the lack of success and the dire straights we conservatives and constitutionalists are in can we really afford to waste time repeating failed history? With the left branding us as terrorist how much time do we have to act before the arrest begin? Do we really expect the party of evil lite to help here?

I think fear plays to a lot of the thinking here as well. Fear of an unknown party, fear of change, fear of the left with fear mongering by the GOP leadership, and fear of loosing power.

Yes, it is a risk in changing parties for a new and untested party. Members of the Whig party did that in 1848. In 1861 they saw their first president elected. He was a one term former whig US congressman named Abraham Lincoln. His fellow members overcame their fear and became a national party in less than twenty years all without TV, Radio, or the internet. So much for their fear of change or a new party.

Fear of the left and fear mongering by the GOP has been used a lot over the last 20+ years. If you don't vote for us the other side will take over! Sure we have our faults but we are not as bad as the other side! The old lesser of two evils cry. The public got so tired of that useless claim the other side finally did win! The GOP's worst fear did come true and they really lost power! Do we really want to waste more time trying to reform a party of losers that is still using the lesser of two evils argument?

All attempts to reform the Republican Party over the last twenty years have failed! It's time to get over that and move on. Many nations have more then two parties and form coalition governments all the time. We conservatives can elect conservatives if we band together and just do it. We need party discipline for those who say one thing and do another. We will have to be true to our ideals or the public will soon reject us. NO RINO types allowed.

To those who say it can't be done please enjoy your status quo. Those like me will do the heavy lifting and move past you. Good luck with your reforming the GOP.

Obama breach of trust.

Obama and the neo-socialist left really messed up this week. In a major breach of trust they floated a idea of making Veterans pay for their continuing health care for service connected disabilities. If there was one group the left needed to keep on their side its the military. The military support groups were on the left's butt in a big way.

First of all it's the employers responsibility to take care of work related injuries. Mine and your personal insurance never covers these types of injuries. After the member retires or is discharged from the service these injuries are called pre-existing condition and again its not covered. That means the service member will be required to pay for it. Thanks for your service dude. Sorry for your injuries, here's your bill. So much for a enlistment contract.

If insurance carriers are required to provide coverage this will lead to major price increases to cover their expanded cost. Battlefield injuries are devastating to the member and expensive to treat. Many insurers may just fold and get out of the business due to these cost. That of course means the taxpayer will again have to pick up the slack while we are losing our own choices for health care coverage due to this government interference.

Young men and women thinking about serving will think again about the cost. If the government can bail out on their responsibilities now, what will they fail you on out in the future. You just won't be able to trust them. Members who are serving now will leave while the getting out is good and they are still healthy. It just won't be worth the risk.

This, of course, is a strategy of the left to weaken the military. If they all leave they can form their civilian corps without interference or worry the military might not back their power play when the public revolts. Only their faithful will serve as the brown shirts to keep the public in line.

Thankfully a few courageous officers and enlisted folks are challenging Obama right to be president in court. As more military folks see this the voice of opposition in the military will grow louder. I foresee a major effort by the left to block the military vote to try and offset their outrage. Good luck with that.

We are heading for a major confrontation and the left is running as fast as they can to prepare for it. Are you ready? Where will you stand? As for me and my house we stand for the Constitution, God, Liberty, and our Country!

I think this Tea Party idea has taken hold. Parties are springing up all over like prairie wild flower blooms in the spring. Most major cities are having one on the 15th of April. Nothing like a tax protest on national tax day. I'm going to host one as well.

I'm going to be in Austin Texas at the capitol steps on the 15th under my banner of 'One Angry Taxpayer'. This is not and will not have anything to with the Constitution Party. My local county party can't provide support for political reasons. I can't provide a better reason as I don't have one.

I ask you to be a 'One Angry Taxpayer' as well and join me in Austin, or be one on your capitol building as well. This protest needs to be at your capitol building if you can make it. We need to do this at the capitol for several reasons.

1. Time is short. Our 'leaders' in congress are moving at warp speed in Washington DC to implement the socialist takeover of America. They are not listening to us in small voices.

2. The dilution effect. Many small parties all over the state in towns and cities are easy to ignore. Time is short and we need a large visible party to be seen in the national news. Lets get as many folks as possible together in one spot.

3. Its where our state politicians are. Most legislatures are in session now and for them April 15th is a work day. Lets show up where they work. They need to see we are angry, not hear about it from some staffer at the home office, which may not be in your town.

With the exception of Texas, Alaska, and maybe California most folks can get to their capitol in an easy half a days travel. With our Governor and state reps there, I want them to see me and I want to see them. I will be gathering signatures on two petitions. One will be for the legislature to enforce the 10th amendment on states sovereignty. The other will be calling on the governor to reign in our state delegation in Washington DC.. Any one who votes for a bill they haven't read, like the latest 'stimulus' bill doesn't represent anyone.

Tea Parties, more planning needed

The problem I have with these tea parties was the lack of planning and notice. I found out about ours in Houston the day before. This resulted in poor attendance and very little press coverage. We need to organize this on a national level, WELL PUBLICIZED in advance.

Here is my suggestion. First, everyone needs to submit a new W-4 with the maximum allowances. Every tax day you should owe money. That which you give in excess may not be given back and you can bet it will not be applied to next years taxes.

Second, On April 15th take the day off and join a protest at your capital building. I plan to burn a copy of my W-4 on the capitol steps. If your from Texas I hope to see your there.

Third, July 4th, lets all meet on the mall in Washington DC. Bring another copy of your W-4 and we will have a Texas sized bonfire on the mall!

NO POLITICIANS ALLOWED. They can watch from the capitol building. I will not be interested in hearing their voices on that day. They will only hear OURS!

No Morale Authority

Our national leaders no longer have any morale authority to lead. They all recently passed on a spending bill without reading it. The neo-socialist democrats all said it was to important to delay. This 1100+ page bill was put out to our 'leaders' desks less than 24 hours before it was voted on. None of then stated that they had read the whole bill. I bet they only read the parts that dealt with the pork that they wanted in the bill. No other heavy reading is needed as long as you got yours in the bill. It's all good after that.

President obama proved he lied when it took him several days to sign the bill after it passed. President obama said he needed it now. He had a temper tantrum when the republicans didn't just sign off on it like his cronies did. He said they were not working in a bipartisan way. Excuse me but all republican proposals were rejected outright by his socialist democrats.

The republicans showed a surprising amount of back bone in standing firm against this bill. Except for three RINO's all of them rejected this bill. Too bad they didn't do that years ago, they might still be in power. Now if they would start purging their party of all the rino's people might start believing in them. This will not happen of course. This is why all of the politicians in washington must go. None of them can be trusted.

There are now calls for tea parties, as in the "Boston Tea Party" back in revolutionary times. Yesterday and today these rallies are being held around this nation. This is due to the details starting to come out to the public. A few governors are publicly rejecting this bill due to the strings attached to the money. Maybe the leftist press and these socialist politicians will pay attention and repent. I'm not going to hold my breath. They will just dismiss this as rhetoric of the bitter, bible believing, gun totting folks in flyover country. Just pass a few more stimulus bills and we will go away.

They can't be more wrong. History shows that socialism fails every time. Socialist however have never met a history lesson that they can't re-write. The only real question is will they be thrown out in 2010 and 2012, or will we descend into more despair and fracture as a republic. Given that the republicans can't be trusted to lead if in power I'm not real hopeful. Will we unite under a third party and throw the bums out? I've done my part and changed parties. Will you?

Do you know? Cause our elected officials don't

Do you really know whats going on with the economy? I hope you do, cause its apparent that our elected officials and the bureaucrats don't have a clue. Congress just passed a bill that NONE of them read. If they tried to read this stimulus bill, they had to read 1100 pages in less the 24 hours. Can you do that? I can't and I love to read. So soon we will hear their outrage at this pig in a poke when the details come back to bite them.

When the details of this latest stimulus package hits you, you will be outraged at what it cost you and how little it does. You were told it will be used to build and repair infrastructure. True, to a point, some time after 2010 or later. What will it do now? Not much if you are out of a job. It will extend your unemployment benefits a few more weeks, but it will do little to bring new jobs in the near term. That is unless you are looking for a job in the government. There is going to be a big increase in the size of the government. Remember welfare reform during the clinton years that the republicans rammed through? It got a lot of folks off the welfare lifestyle and back to work. It has been repealed with this bill. Boy will your representatives be outraged when you bite them in the butt over that.

Rest assured they are good at outrage for not knowing. They were outraged at the SEC and the banks when the foreclosure crisis and the banking crisis hit. They are outraged that the banks can't account for the 350 billion of taxpayers dollars that they have received. They were outraged when the treasury department couldn't tell them where an additional two TRILLION in bank loans went. There was a run on the banks to the tune of 550 billion and they don't know who was behind it. According to some in congress it was a near thing. What, you didn't hear about it from your congressmen? Have you heard about the commercial loan crisis? What commercial loan crisis? It's the next big thing to hit real soon. All of these businesses that are going bankrupt all have outstanding loans to the tune of trillions. When Circuit City, Linens and Things, Landry's restaurants, and others close what happens to the buildings? They go back to the lessor, who has a bank note and no real prospect for a new lessee. Is your congressman or senator talking about it. Want to bet they will be outraged when this shoe drops?

I don't know about you, but I am outraged these folks are breathing the same air as me. These members of the 'Know Nothing Parties' have no business running the business of government. They are outraged at CEO's of banks, peanut butter factories, car companies, etctera. Yet they know nothing until it falls down and goes boom in our laps. Then they are outraged that they might not get re-elected. When pigs where lipstick and fly. They always get re-elected.

We are in real trouble here. We are in a deep recession if not a depression and these folks are in outraged denial. God help us all, cause these folks never know anything.

Godless and Godly politicians need to be watched.

Whats the difference between godless and godly politicians? Not much, both need to be watched and pretty much for the same reasons. Neither should be trusted out of sight and never out of mind.

For the godless that's pretty simple as to why. Those who have no God think the are a god onto themselves. They answer only to their conscious and no one else. Anyone who thinks different is the enemy and needs to be destroyed, or they are delusional and need to be put away. With no God, life and time is short to get done what they think needs to be done. If you dare to get in their way you deserve to get run over.

The godly think God is on their side all the time. They are on a crusade of the righteous all the time. Being against them is being against God. You rights to be different is of no concern at all. The fact that you have the right to reject God is of no concern to them and is a reason to oppress you into the dust. Some religions give them the right to even kill you for rejecting their god.

Many politicians claim to be godly. This however, not seen in their public lives. They claim this is due to the "separation of church and state". Their public lives of course are serving the state. They state they do not support certain policies that are ungodly BUT, they can't vote against them as this would be pushing their religion on others. Every election they tell us how they try, but the ungodly block them. These are probably the most deceitful and dangerous.

Any politician who claims religion but doesn't vote with his religion is a liar and is hiding their true religion. Those who have no religion are a religion onto themselves and all others are deluded and dangerous. Those who are godly are on a crusade against the godless who need to convert or get out of the way. All need to be watched all the time.

Temper tantrum in chief

Well, well, well. President obama has already lost it. The other day he had a major fit because the republicans in the senate would not toe the line on his stimulus spending package. He reminded the republicans, "we won the election". He reminded me of a kid chiding others to play by his rules or he will take his ball and go home. Where have we heard such a line before? Oh yea, "we are the president" billary, complaining on the defeat of her healthcare takeover.

Well he should be happy today. He got three RINO's to go over to his side and pass the package out of the senate. These three RINO's shot the republican party in the foot again. They could have put the whole stimulus package onto the backs of the democratic party. Now when this pork package fails to fix the economy the democrats can claim it was the republicans fault too. Why the republican party doesn't kick these losers out of their caucus is beyond me.

Its friends like these that will finally take the republican party the way of the dodo and the whig party. As a member of the Constitution Party this can't happen soon enough. A smart party would purge itself from this type of people. A smart party would let the democrats run the whole show and be fully responsible for its failure. It will fail. It failed during the first depression and it will fail during this depression. Given the type of politicians we have in Washington DC it can do nothing but fail.

The main problems that led to this depression still remain. Homeowners that are facing foreclosure are still there and nothing in this bill will fix it. The dollar is still weak and will get weaker with the coming inflation. More banks are failing and will fail. The commercial property failures have yet to begin. We as a nation produce less and less every year. As the government spends more money less is available for investment and starting up of manufacturing.

The lack trust in the government and our current socialist system will cause its demise. The government policies that caused these problems will only get worse. The politicians only see the government as the cure or solution. They never see that they are the problem. Socialism never last long before it collapses under its shear weight and burden on the people. The only real question then is, will the union hold together or will it fracture into large chunks? Will we fall into fascism or will we throw off the shackles and win back our freedom?

Are you prepared? Are you just a sheeple? Are you ready to fight for your freedom? Are you a slave to the government or are you a free person?

Hypocrits against the war.

Once again Israel is fighting against those who hate it and have vowed to kill all the jews. Hamas and the citizens who elected it to power have declared an end to the truce and fired more rockets into Israel. Israel responded back and Hamas and the citizens who elected them are dying. This time Israel seems intent on killing all of hamas in Gaza once and for all. Hamas seems to have underestimated their support around the world. The majority of the world seems tired of hamas.

A surprising few of the liberal left have once again stood up on their hind legs and protested against Israel. They claim Israel is fighting a premeditated war. They say its premeditated as Israel is targeting hamas leaders, command and control centers, and supply depots. In a nation that is always under attack I find it stupid that they believe Israel doesn't have contingency plans for attack by their enemies. Do they think we here in the United States don't have plans in place should we be attacked by our likely enemies? I sure hope not!

Their next complaint is that Israel is targeting civilians or not doing enough to protect them from collateral damage. Excuse me folks but the hamas killers who started this war are hiding once again behind the skirts of women and bodies of children. All the while they continue firing rockets at Israeli civilian population centers. The response from the left is of course the sound of silence.

Israel only wants peace. They only attack after repeated attacks. Hamas, the PLO, as well as most of their neighbors publicly state they want to destroy Israel. The killers and their supporters them whine that the Israeli response was disproportionate to their provocation. To many civilians, that they hide behind, are killed. They have even been found to stage photo ops for their allied press. Your whine is heard and ignored.

It is written in the bible by God speaking to Israel, "I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you." I and my house will serve the Lord and pray for Israel and learning for its enemies.

Hamas and its supporters have made their choice. Now they can live or die with those choices. Hamas and those who elected them have the power to end the war. Stop firing rockets into Israel and agree to never do it again. Israel wants nothing in Gaza but peace. I do not here the complaints of how poor the Palestinians are. They have plenty of money for rockets, suicide belts and bullets. Convert their swords into plowshares and enjoy peace and prosperity. Its not rocket science.

Where does it end?

Just where does the bailout gravy train end? Does congress even care that their poll numbers are around 9% and falling? Of course they don't! We, the displeased voters of America, just re-elected most of them. We don't pay for their campaigns, the banks and unions do. We just listen to their promises of change and vote for the 'new boss, same as the old boss'. And yes, it appears we got fooled again. Most of Obama's advisers are from the Clinton regime. So much for change. Those who brought us the banking crisis like Dodd and Frank are still there too.

It now looks like the bailout tab is running at around seven trillion dollars. The failed auto industry is asking for 34 billion and may get 15 billion to tide them over through March. One can assume they will be back hat in hand again before that. Just who wants to buy a car from them not knowing if they will still be in business to honor their warranties? Oh wait, maybe we can get congress to guarantee them at taxpayer expense. (Don't send this to your reps. and give them any ideas!)

Folks, it's time to stop digging this hole any deeper. We need to revolt against this farce. If you are getting a tax refund this year make it a point to file as soon as you can and get YOUR money out of their hands. Don't wait too long. Once congress reconvenes after Obama takes charge you can expect tax changes real quick. It may cost you your refund if you haven't gotten it yet. If you owe money wait until April to file. Don't give it to them any sooner than you have to.

It's time for the electorate to wake up to these crooks. Please make a real change. Change parties and let those now in power know that you have left their party. The only thing they fear is not getting re-elected. In 2010 the House of Representatives will be up for re-election. Lets start throwing the bums out. Don't let them tell you they voted against the bailouts. So what if they did? These millionaires have much greater access to the courts that you and me. I have yet to see one lawsuit against these unconstitutional bills. Ron Paul even said the bill was unconstitutional, "but that's OK, they've done it before". If like me, you have never joined a political party before do so now. It's your money and your country.

How evil is the left?

Yesterday, I got a lesson on just how evil the left really is. As many of you know I work as a paramedic in a hospital. I was taking a pregnant woman up to the labor and delivery floor. As we walked down the halls her husband complained that they had waited at LBJ hospital for four hours after being triaged and they had not been taken to L & D. LBJ is one of the county hospitals in Harris county Texas. He then espoused on how great the free medical care in Canada was. I tried to explain to him that nothing is free and waiting for months for medical test and surgery is not great. Canadians with the cash or insurance regularly come to the United States instead of waiting. As I was leaving after dropping her off he said it was so great that doctors made house calls to weed out people who didn't need to go to the hospital. I told him there wasn't enough doctors to make house calls for 300 million americans. His reply was that they should. I said doctors were not slaves. Thats when he said, "well, they should be".

Well, they should be? How bad has America gotten that what was once the most respected of professions are now to be enslaved? I am all for people getting good health care, but enslaving doctors and all medical staff? I don't think so! You and I have the right to health care, but we also have the duty to pay for it. I don't have to pay for your care. I am a free man, just like all the other 300 million plus american citizens. No one has the right to enslave another so they don't have to pay what they owe. No one has the right to put a gun to my head and say give me your money. That's called armed robbery. When the government does it it's called taxes.

This is what's wrong with the left and the entitlement class that they have created. They think they have the right to enslave others to do their will or fulfill their needs. This is why socialism is just plain evil. Now we are faced with what happens when folks forget their history. The left is prepared to enslave others all in the name of their needs. The former Republican party freed the slaves. The Democratic party formed the KKK to suppress the former slaves. The democrats then formed the entitlement class with the New Deal and the Great Society programs.

Now the socialist now have control of the government. The Republicans lost because they tried to become democrat lite to appeal to the entitlement class. They didn't point out as the economy tanked that the democrats implemented the policies that led to the foreclosure crisis. When the republicans made a weak attempt to reign in the spending it was the democrats that blocked it. The rest is history and you and I are paying for it.
